Our go to korean fried chicken in Surrey, not the most authentic one as the chicken batter is different with the original korean fried chicken, but their sauces are not bad. Our fav is gonna be the volcano, it hits just right when we crave for a super spicy chicken

I ordered soup for takeout, but it leaked all over my car because the container wasn’t sealed properly. Now I have to pay to get my car cleaned and repaired. I only drove about 5 minutes from the restaurant, and I wasn’t even driving roughly if I had been, the paper bag wouldn’t have just soaked through at the bottom it would’ve completely tipped over. The restaurant should’ve checked the container before handing it over or double-sealed it with plastic wrap. This is just basic care that should’ve been done.

After 30+ visits at the Coquitlam location my friends and I gave the Surrey location a shot. The first couple times it was good but this last experience was not it. The chicken we received was very much undercooked, raw and not safe to eat. After sending it back and requesting a different option, that too came undercooked and raw. When we confronted the issue the waiter insisted that the chicken colour is like that and came from the distributor.

Newest dining experience was a bust. Came back after a long time and experienced rushed and terrible service. Asian lady asked us if we already knew what we wanted before we looked at the menu. We came 45 minutes before last call. We ordered and recieved the wrong order. Turns out waitress gave us someone else's food. After a few moments later, we got her attention and notified her. She picked it up and served it to the table beside us. Dinner resumes normally for the rest of the dining. Upon paying bill, did not receive receipt and only the machine. Numbers seemed off. Requested bill and found she double charged us for the other table's items. No apology. May think twice before dining here again.

I had a really bad experience at Big Chicken Town. The chicken I was served was undercooked and looked raw inside, which is completely unsafe to eat. When I brought it up to the worker, they told me it was “because it’s a thigh,” but that’s not an excuse for serving raw chicken. It’s disappointing that a restaurant specializing in chicken doesn’t take food safety more seriously. I couldn’t even eat my meal after seeing that definitely won’t be coming back. They should be more concerned instead of making escuses
Very disappointing experience at Big Chicken Town Surrey a few minutes ago. The girl at the front counter was extremely unprofessional and gave my sister and I a hard time for no reason. When she asked for the name on the order, I gave my sister’s name. Then she asked for the phone number, which I also provided yet she still couldn’t confirm the order. My sister had to walk into the store herself and argue with the staff just to get what we paid for. The attitude and lack of basic customer service were unacceptable. Would not recommend this location to anyone. The food was great, but the service completely ruined the experience.

I really love the food but today i went there at 10pm and the website says its open till 11pm but staff said its closed . Staff was very polite but the management should update the web site and the google because we wasted time coming there . They should not mislead customers.
