Our go to korean fried chicken in Surrey, not the most authentic one as the chicken batter is different with the original korean fried chicken, but their sauces are not bad. Our fav is gonna be the volcano, it hits just right when we crave for a super spicy chicken

My search for Korean fried chicken that emulates the flavours that Cocoru Richmond had perfected, led me to Big Chicken Town. With a couple locations scattered across the lower mainland and some hype from some family members, I had to try it. And man was I disappointed. The flavours were there, but the texture was missing. There are some meals that etch into your mind, they enlist great feelings that serve as a reminder of the great meal you devoured. But the pursuit of recreating...

The chicken was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and glazed with that sweet-spicy sauce that hits just right. Every bite was flavorful without being overwhelming. Prices were a little high but probable due to inflation.
