I used Uber eats to order for pickup. There was no wait at the door, and my order was ready when I arrived a few minutes early. Both host staff were very friendly and customer oriented. The food was enjoyable, and as always, the garlic fries stole the show. The rocket chicken burger is my favourite meal to order, as it offers a flavourful but not too intense spice. The restaurant lobby was clean and the airconditioning was not overwhelming as I entered. Overall a brief but enjoyable experience.

Went here on "Wok Wednesday". All Asian inspired dishes are $14! I had the ginger beef - it was awesome. My daughter had the chicken fried rice - also loved it. My 2 friends had the chicken chow mein - again, awesome!This place is definitely going to be seeing me again!

After all these years, I'm starting to be constantly disappointed with big ridge. Been coming here since before the move to this location and despite many pleas to add the kids menu to their online ordering, nothing. Today I called in an order at 6:20pm. Was told it would be ready at 6:45. At 6:50 I arrived and paid and was told 4-5 minute wait. At 7:24 I was handed my food. The kicker, the kitchen bill on the bag said the order was sent at 6:58. So I stood there for half an hour because someone forgot to punch in the order. Now I get home and the meal is missing items. I can't be bothered to drive back and I'm already pissed and don't want to be a dick to the staff that had no part of this. Just a complete disappointment, a long list of many this past 6 months causing our patronage to go from weekly to once a month.

This used to be one of my very favorite brew pubs. It has gone down hill so bad this was my last visit. The craft beer that used to bring us in is never brewed and even the odd favorite dish has degraded to the point of almost being indistinguishable from each other. So good bye BR.

This place used to have an excellent variety of really good Asian cuisine… that was like 12 years ago. Tonight, the pork in the sweet and sour was tiny, and almost nonexistent. The chow mein and won ton flavourless. When I phoned in my order they said it would take 35 minutes before it would be ready to pick up. I got there at the time specified and it was at the counter waiting. I don’t live far away and had a hot holding bag I put the food into. But by the time I opened it, it clearly had been sitting for awhile, it wasn’t even warm. $90 wasted. Won’t be going back again anytime soon.

We have been going to the Big Ridge regularly ever since it opened in the original location. It was our favourite place for YEARS. But in the past couple of years it has gone downhill for two main reasons: 1. The beer used to be amazing. It has been mediocre AT BEST for at least the past two years. They need a new head brewer. The Clover Ale used to be a favourite of mine. But it's terribly inconsistent and just tastes BAD now.2. The food. While it's still pretty good, it's not what it was. Quality and consistency have taken a major slide. But worst of all, our family has been priced out of eating there. It's almost $30 out the door for any one of their Asian dishes. For a family of 4 to eat out, have a couple beers and a couple pops, it's WELL over $100 with tax and modest tip.We used drive from White Rock to the BR twice a month on average. Now I don't see us going there again until we hear that things have changed. Refresh the menu. Reconsider your high prices on standard dishes. And PLEASE hire a good brew master!

The food was GREAT. The service however was not. I understand we were there near the end of the night, but holy... Might have to try again during seniors citizen dinner time and maybe catch them with a bit more energy. The wings were unreal ? the pizza was stellar. I'd definitely eat here again. Just not an 1.5 hours before closing.

Twice I’ve been to your pub and twice I was told I had to be out of the pub by 3/3:30 as you were having a private party. You are a brew pub last time I looked not a party rental venue. Is there a new manager by chance? Never used to be like this……

Let me start by saying the food was just fine, pretty good in fact.But our server was not great.They didn't seem new or anything actually seemed she had been there a while. But they didn't even pretend to check on us; when our glasses were getting near empty and they did come around, they didn't ask if we wanted another.We only had 1 water between 4 people and it never got refilled.They then forgot to ring in our desert, so we sat there for half hour waiting for it, then when asked about it, they said they must have put it on a different table.We actually had to order another round of drinks from, I think the hostess,Also, on a side note, when leaving the restaurant I used to washroom real quick, and while washing up, I saw one of the busses come in, use the bathroom, and then leave without washing their hands.Very disturbing.To summarizeFood was good, beer was good (had the Scottish ale)Server, they wouldn't even get a 1 star.To have a different server would make a world of difference

Horrible service. We sat down at a table and waited for servers to come to our table. No one even came to take our drinks order. I watched three different servers chatting with one another and laughing but not attending any tables. We were passed by another three servers who walked by our table and still did not acknowledge us. The manager can contact me to talk about this. We drove from so far away to come and dine at Big Ridge.

Just ordered take out here for the first time.Something has to be seriously bad for me to waste my time leaving a review…..just had the chicken fried rice and it was the most disgusting food I’ve ever had. Chicken was slimy and was worse quality than subway chicken. The rice is was soggy and the taste was extremely bland. Had to fry the rice at home, add an egg and soy sauce for this to be edible.Ginger beef was gross as wellDon’t go here!
