I wouldn’t recommend getting a sandwich here. As someone who goes to multiple other locations, I always have the same order and I’m barely able to finish a large sandwich.

Was very disappointed with the sandwich here as it’s literally the smallest I’ve ever gotten. But the real kicker was how stingy they are with meat, and the sandwich was 80% lettuce lol.

Other than the portion size and lettuce to sandwich ratio, it’s a nice location. Staff is neutral. Would recommend my fellow sandwich enthusiasts to try other locations.

Tasty sandwiches but a little pricey for the sizes.

had it twice; food was pricey, thought it was worth having again only to be rewarded the 2nd time with over 15$ worth of food left out of my order as a result. not worth spending 55$ with the risk of getting just a sandwich, especially with plenty of other places that never make these kinds of simple mistakes. Avoid ordering from here if you're not the one picking it up.

Do not get the number 1 sandwich. I love turkey, I love cranberries, but this is not it. The stuffing tasted like insulation foam and the turkey was so dry! Will not be eating here again.

Ordered Turkey Bowl for my son by ubereats and what I have received is only shredded lettuce without any turkey and dressing in it. Very disappointed and will not be ordering again from this place.

Way too small for a “large” sandwich barely the size of a 6 inch subway. Won’t be ordering again after last night

Big Star Sandwich is truly the best lunch option. This location lives up to the Big Star name and makes some of the tastiest sandwiches known to mankind!

Absolutely delicious!

I ordered from this sandwich Shop just this afternoon. I ordered number 85 one of the breakfast sandwiches. The ham was literally raw, I am far pasted disappointed after the price I paid. I will never order from them again. The food is gross and the price’s for the quality is outrageous. Do yourself a favour and don’t eat from here. :)

Unfortunately it can take 30-45 minutes to get a sandwich here because they understaff and take Uber/skip orders instead of serving in store customers. The food is pretty good just wish you could get it in time.

I've used this big star twice now for corporate lunch catering! The service is fantastic, Rob the owner can accommodate big orders very last minute and without a hiccup. He's great to work with and runs a great big star. The food is delicious and always goes down a hit with the folks I'm buying for. Will definitely be my go-to place for sandwich orders!!! :)
