I placed order for 2 Ghevar (2lb each) over the phone. It was not fresh and was hard like a rock. I have to threw it all. It was not edible at all. It was so sugary that it made the taste more horrible.

The staff is wonderful — the gentleman with the tilak and the young lady at the counter always greet me with a warm smile, making every visit feel welcoming. In the mornings, the soothing bhajans playing in the background add such a peaceful and positive vibe.

Worst restaurant ever. Always behind with orders even if it is uber order. Shahi paneer tastes so bad. Missing Tandoori roti.They didn’t even ask to refund money. Worst restaurant ever. we wont recommend this restaurant

I had a terrible experience at Bikaner Restaurant today. I ordered food via phone call and Staff told me to wait time would be 10 minutes, but even i waited more than 35 minutes in store and still didn’t receive my food. What’s worse — they never even called my number for the order, even though i had already paid.
I just have 30 minutes break time ,i was on work that time, I had to leave this restaurant without the food because of their careless and unprofessional service. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. If you can’t manage orders properly, at least don’t take payment in advance. Very disappointing — we will not be returning.
