Quick service, reasonable price
We ordered a medium coffee and I had told the cashier it's 2 cream no sugar, but gave black coffee, when asked for cream to be added, the guy in there has so much attitude answers so rude. Even when I showed some offer I had for discount, both in counter treated us like some crap.
My wrap came out warm on the outside and cold on the inside after I specifically asked for it to be heated properly. Guys attitude was not good, tried educating me that every breakfast wrap Is the same lol.
Bakery did not look appetizing. Matcha latte was not tasty
Went there yesterday, order a strawberry protein shake. One oner later start feeling sooo much stomach pain that last all night. So horrible 🙁🤨
Okay, I rarely go down to this end of the mall. I bought my usual triple shot of espresso. The total is $5.15, the` exact same thing` a 3-5 minute walk into the mall at Starbucks is $3.60. Something is terribly wrong here
Dishonest and unscrupulous. I ordered a LARGE iced matcha latte, I suspected the drink didn't have enough matcha in it. Right after, I went to ANOTHER Blenz in the SAME mall, ordered a SMALL iced matcha latte, and it had more matcha (per unit volume) because the SMALL drink was a much DARKER shade of green. The guy at this Blenz location cheated me, he gave me a SMALL size drink amount of matcha in a LARGE size drink. Also his attitude was bad. Don't go here.

Ordered a small oat cappuccino, got a large oat latte or something like a large double double. They had no clue. I don’t know about other branches, but this was a disaster.
So, i really liked the customer service of NATSUMI as i asked for a glass of water and instead of calling me at the counter she served me at my table that is a 5 star customer service for me. Really impressed
Very subpar coffee and bakery items. Very poor quality on the items as well, not worth a premium price that they charge. Over $4 for a muffin that soggy? No thanks.
I like food n drinks of this place. But management should teach good customer service to the Indian girl at front( on 14Nov2024 at 4:15 pm) . She had zero smile on face. Even if someone is happy may get sad watching her face. And she was looking really arrogant. Should teach her a good customer service.
