The hygiene here is really bad. Dusty shelves, dirty drink fridge, and overall the place just looks neglected. If the visible areas are this unclean, it makes me worried about the parts customers don’t see. Coffee wasn’t even good either. Not coming back.

i love blenz but this location always makes the drinks so bad and the staff aren’t friendly but not necessarily rude.

Ordered the iced hojicha latte and gave me the hot one. So she just transferred it in a cold cup with a bunch of ice. It was lukewarm, diluted, and tasted awful as a result. Not coming back.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I am mental Heath worker, meet my clients there. Today, my client was waiting for me there, I was 5 mins behind. The OWNER of this place threw my client out of the coffee store. He said “Get up and Get out” . I’m speechless. He accused my client of drinking, where I assure that he wasn’t drunk or high!!!! This is pathetic. I would never come back to this place. Highly recommend people to not support his behaviour. I wish he could respect customers and be non judgmental.

I hope they take this as an opportunity to reflect and treat people with more courtesy in the future.

Today two staff saw me walking towards the front till to order and odd gestures made when they saw me ahead of time. Doesn't sit well with me when I come to this location daily during the workweek and pay out of my pocket. Let's make people feel WELCOME and INVITED and not laughed at. Put in a complaint to their head office and followed up with 2 phone calls and nobody picks up. Just comes to show me that top to bottom the non existent customer service. I will take my business elsewhere where I WELCOMED and won't be returning. Google you need to give 0 stars as an option for reviews because this place deserves 0.

Girl today at front is so rude and does not have manners to talk. Don’t have any fixed prices. Some days they don’t charge you for extra things and some days do.

We ordered a medium coffee and I had told the cashier it's 2 cream no sugar, but gave black coffee, when asked for cream to be added, the guy in there has so much attitude answers so rude. Even when I showed some offer I had for discount, both in counter treated us like some crap.

My wrap came out warm on the outside and cold on the inside after I specifically asked for it to be heated properly. Guys attitude was not good, tried educating me that every breakfast wrap Is the same lol.

Bakery did not look appetizing. Matcha latte was not tasty

Went there yesterday, order a strawberry protein shake. One oner later start feeling sooo much stomach pain that last all night. So horrible 🙁🤨
