I like food n drinks of this place. But management should teach good customer service to the Indian girl at front( on 14Nov2024 at 4:15 pm) . She had zero smile on face. Even if someone is happy may get sad watching her face. And she was looking really arrogant. Should teach her a good customer service.

The space and staff are great, but the drink was just not it. The honey oat matcha latte I got today was subpar and doesn’t justify the price at all. the matcha flavor was barely there, the honey stayed at the bottom and didn’t contribute to the drink flavor in anyway. I was disappointed and probably will not consider getting my caffeine fix here anymore. Timmie and SB were just a couple minute walk inside the mall.

Also, the line was long but there is only 1 person making drinks which caused the long wait, plus they also missed out on some people’s order :c

Most of the staffs are super nice. The chocolate in hot chocolate and mocha aren't blended properly, the top of the drink is diluted and the bottom is all chocolate clumps. Wait time is longer than expected, wraps and sandwiches are pricy.

The cafe latte will be similar to cappuccino, they are not trained to make latte art or proper latte to be over charging. Best to go to somewhere else…

I think the staff need to listen customers carefully, I said can I have a latte and she asked me do you want any sugar, I said no, but at the end sugar inside last time.This time, I said I would like to have a cranberry scone, however, they gave me a "bad quality" of "blueberry scone"…
