Blenz Coffee

Came here around 4 on a Friday night and they sweetly made me an iced coffee and delicious turkey Sammy on sourdough. Very kind employees and so friendly. Made a very hard day brighter for me :)

While my Latte was good, the turkey cranberry sandwich was terrible. Bread was stale and it had some curry type spice I wasn't expecting in a Turkey sandwich. I would have taken it back had we not already left. Instead, I took one bite and threw it out. What a big waste of money!

I’ve enjoyed so many tasty lattes here over the years and I’ve always been greeted and served with a welcoming smile and kind words.

This location does NOT know how to make drinks.
I ordered an Iced Ube Matcha Fredo. Does this look like ube matcha drink to you? I cannot taste any matcha or ube flavor, but milk only. This is nonsense. I've been to other Blenz locations, but this is the worst drink I've ever got. I paid $8.24 for this. Know how to actually make your drink first and work at the cafe. You don't even know how to make some cream on top. So disappointing. I should've checked reviews here before I purchased. I can only say the same thing. Flavor tastes so mild. Just watery milk.
Do not come to this Blenz location. Please go to other Blenz. You'll be disappointed if you order any specialty drinks. Please know or learn how to actually make drinks.

I am happy that my dietary need were accominated. I requested a sandwich to be made into a lettuce wrap and despite only having Romain, they worked with it and made a mean sandwich out of it. Was told that they make their sandwiches fresh every morning as well as make more during their service when running low. I'm coming back.

Everyone is always very friendly and provide such good service! Even when they are busy, they try to help you as soon as they can. Coffee always tastes great!

The prices have been rising unreasonably at this location. Unfortunately there has been no control on how much they charge for their food. The price of the same item increase by 2 dollar every week.

This is iced chocolate. Like light color of it, it is very blend. It is like regular milk. I visit this area often, but I wouldn't visit this Blenz again

If you want butter with your muffin which they offer. They charge 50 cents extra. The prices are insane. They want 7$ for a croissant and 5$ for a single cookie.

Nice Blenz location. I come here on days when I don't bring my lunch and they have quite a nice variety of items. I usually get the calzone.

DISAPPOINTED

When I work at this location, I buy my snacks from here.

Today, for the first time ever, in my very desperate state- in lunch break, I went to get a spoon or a fork, and the guy says “only with a purchase”

All the times I have been a customer here flashed in-front of my eyes. Never again.

The food is SO expensive, and so mid, and they are plain greedy.

If you cannot give someone a single spoon/fork, or a glass of water, but you pretend to be all bubbly, smiley, gotta look into your heart, buddy.

Reading one of their replies to a review here saying they donate thousands of dollars to an organization, but were not able to provide a cup of water to a patient, COME ON. No words.
Disheartening.

Going forward, I will not spend a single cent here and will be advising my friends and co-workers to do the same.

Please be kind, money comes and it goes.
I hope the guy thinks about it.

Needs major re haul or replaced with another shop. Food expensive not worth it at all tastes burnt.

I will never buy anything at this Blenz. I asked the main gal working there if I could get some water in my coffee mug as I just had a cat scan. You are suppose to drink lots of water to flush out the fluid they put inside with lots of water. She says only if you give us a donation. Pretty ruthless as I just found out I have cancer. Thanks for your compassion and empathy. Much appreciated.
