I ordered two items online, but the staff member said she could only see one item in their system. I had to show my confirmation email to prove my order. Additionally, there was no greeting at all, no sorry for the system error and the staff seemed more engaged in chatting with friends than assisting customers.

I ordered two iced blue matcha latte and it taste like ice water. No matcha or milk flavor. I ask the lady to add more matcha but she said she put already the right amount of matcha and her face was blank, she was not in a good mood. Maybe because she was alone and there are alot of customer waiting.

I had a terrible experience at Blenz in Grandview today at 6:40 PM. I ordered a latte, and it was made incredibly poorly—it was overly milky and barely tasted like coffee. When I politely asked the staff member to add more coffee, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of fixing the issue, she told me I’d have to pay extra. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I won’t be coming back. Customer service here needs serious improvement!

Got the very berry smoothie and it was literally the best smoothie of my entire life. Very expensive though. The girl that was working on Christmas Eve around 2PM was unfriendly and slow.

Ordered my child a hot chocolate and there was no chocolate flavor. I took a sip and all it was was hot milk. Please don't charge $5 for a child's hot chocolate if all you're going to give me is milk. The lady behind the counter was not friendly and she seemed to be in a terrible mood.

Worst place to get food or drinks girl dose not know what your say
Young lady making drinks was not friendly she made me the wrong drink and I corrected her and she was like ohh not like I’m not gunna make the right drink now and I totally didn’t order the one she made she was talking under her breath clearly upset about the fact everytime I got swimming on every weekend I get protein shakes here not anymore

Gave 2 stars because the drinks were bad, but the service was alright.I ordered a small milk chocolate mocha and a medium milk chocolate mocha. They hardly contained any mocha. The coffee tasted like cardboard. We also didn't get any whipped cream on top. I had to toss mine away because I wasn't going to drive all the way back from my place in ocean park to Grandview Heights aquatic centre.Please don't be cheap with ingredients when people are paying $6 to $7 for a drink...

The barista girl was unfriendly. My cappuccino was so hot that even in 5 minutes it was impossible to drink without getting burned. Which definitely shouldn’t happen when you order cappuccino.

Lack lustre customer service and mediocre beverages.I’m at the pool 3 nights a week and rarely order from this blenz, each time I do I regret it.I had one good experience with a latte. Today I ordered a chai latte with light foam, the guy made a chai latte full foam. It was also very flavourless, like they are trying to save cost by not using enough chai. When I said it was flavourless and too much foam the barista tried pouring cold chai syrup into my cup. I had to stop him and request it be warmed.It ended up only a bit better, I didn’t want to “bother” him for a remake as he already seemed miffed.P.S. dirty rag used to wipe steamer ?
