I was at this Blenz about 15 minutes ago and it was horrible. I ordered an iced mocha, it didn't taste like chocolate or coffee. It literally tastes like iced milk. For $7.50 you expect a lot better. I tried to call them to let them know and no one is picking up the phone. It also looked like no one was working, as the employee was just sitting there and was not visible at all.

Matcha latte is only 80% full. There was a dead bug after opening it.

We went to buy a matcha for me and my sister and when my sister opened hers to add sugar into it we found A DEAD FLY in the drink. It was originally in the ice and eventually when the ice melted the a fly was just floating in the drink.

I ordered two items online, but the staff member said she could only see one item in their system. I had to show my confirmation email to prove my order. Additionally, there was no greeting at all, no sorry for the system error and the staff seemed more engaged in chatting with friends than assisting customers.

I ordered two iced blue matcha latte and it taste like ice water. No matcha or milk flavor. I ask the lady to add more matcha but she said she put already the right amount of matcha and her face was blank, she was not in a good mood. Maybe because she was alone and there are alot of customer waiting.

I had a terrible experience at Blenz in Grandview today at 6:40 PM. I ordered a latte, and it was made incredibly poorly—it was overly milky and barely tasted like coffee. When I politely asked the staff member to add more coffee, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of fixing the issue, she told me I’d have to pay extra. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I won’t be coming back. Customer service here needs serious improvement!

Got the very berry smoothie and it was literally the best smoothie of my entire life. Very expensive though. The girl that was working on Christmas Eve around 2PM was unfriendly and slow.

Ordered my child a hot chocolate and there was no chocolate flavor. I took a sip and all it was was hot milk. Please don't charge $5 for a child's hot chocolate if all you're going to give me is milk.
The lady behind the counter was not friendly and she seemed to be in a terrible mood.
