Fantastic boba and my family loves ordering here. Friendly and professional staff. A challenge when visiting any business is experiencing consistent quality and service. I have a hard time believing anyone would have a bad experience here.

Attitude of the workers here is sky high. They don't greet customers, don't acknowledge upon mentioning Thanks. No wonder everyone is lining up at Starbucks. I would rather pay at Starbucks than visiting this attitude filled atmosphere. Improve your attitude, discounts won't work.

I highly recommend this bubble tea place! Staff are friendly and efficient. The place is clean compared to other bubble tea places I have been to in Surrey and Langley. The white pearls are not overly sweet which I like. I prefer their boba than any other bubble tea franchise!

Best quality and delicious bubble tea in Surrey! Prices are normal and comparable to other places. It’s always a treat to go to the store because it is so clean and you can just tell staff are fully trained for proper food handling.

Ordered the taro smoothie(which was recommended). It was so good, one of the best! Service was excellent, staff were really friendly. It is modern and really clean! Would highly recommend if you love bubble tea!
First time here and very disappointed with the drinks. Order a smoothie which costed with 13$ . It was filled with ice ice. Could barely suck the drink through the straw given the amount of ice use. Zero flavour. Order a cappuccino small which costed 5.6 dollars!! And guess what it was filled half way through.

Good product but the service is extremely slow. Waiting 20 minutes for a drink when there is hardly any one in the store is a major put off.

Steven the owner is the best, super friendly. Love supporting a local mom and pop shop. I go there so often I've pretty much watched their son (who sometimes chills out there) grow up haha. Pearls are always fresh and chewy, my favourite are their smoothies!
