They had a white teenage girl working, had to check my eyes. Crazy too see in these messed up times!! Drinks and food made to perfection!!

Horrible service they were serving no one and had me waiting 7 minutes to even place my order. And were ignoring me

The app doesn’t use your location well, so be sure to check your location before ordering. App also doesn’t have a map feature for directions.

I accidentally ordered wrong location, they would not cancel or refund even tho it was still pending on the app.

But if you don’t use the app you gotta wait for over 40mins because they are slammed during peak teams. I’m just going to avoid from now on.

Instead of fixing my order they wrote this note, and continued to give me my meal that was wrong and had my allergies in it, I am now sick after eating a few bites before seeing the note, this is absolutely ridiculous

Almost always gives healthy, nutritious meals when visited in store.. but Uber Delivery is horrible quality

I saw the guy make my drink. He used 0.5% banana, a scoop of PB and the rest was frozen yogurt. I literally bought a cup of fro yo. This is not what I was going for. I don’t mind frozen yogurt in there, but come on, use other ingredients!! NOT HEALTHY!!

I ordered a custom juice including 4 ingredients and sanreet was serving us she charged me for an extra ingredient I never paid that price before but the way she handled the situation was so unprofessional and rude also her attitude wasn’t welcoming at all

Girl spilt juice on us ,she didn’t say even sorry and started laughing on us , really bad attitude and bad service , never wanna go again

I went in the store and I wanted to get fresh juice and the employee said they can not make juice as their store is closing in three minutes. I worked at restaurant before and I am not aware of such policy that employees deny to serve their customers.

One thing I’ve noticed about this location is that they don’t put their smoothies in the blender long enough. Those 10-15 seconds that they saved kinda messes up my drink at times.

I went in to order a wrap and drink for lunch I ordered the chicken quesadilla wrap. When she handed me the wrap I noticed it was a chicken chipotle wrap I kindly said to her it was the wrong one she then proceeded to argue me saying it was the right one when in fact I knew which one i ordered. She was very rude to me and continued to argue that I ordered that one. Her and her friend went in the back and proceeded to laugh and giggle. Not professional at all arguing with the customers then blatantly laughing and making fun of them. I recommend not to go here unless you want bad service. The wrap is also cold.

I cannot believe all the rude entitled reviews. Ive had the pleasure of going to this location for the last 8yrs. As in every sector of any "fastfood chain" there can be hindrances. The staff do their best, and if Lisa is still the owner she definitely goes above and beyond. That being said. As a regular, the baristas are always friendly, i get a drink that requires 3 substitutions. (Yes im a demanding customer) very rarely have i ever had an experience that made me want to take to google reviews and slander everyone because i didnt get my way. 5 stars 6/7 days. Even god rested on the 7th

Why is this location always "out of" oranges? When you go in and ask for fresh orange juice - they never have oranges. Is this a staff issue or is this store not stocked up efficiently?
