sometimes can get busy, but ive always been helped at a reasonable pace. have been treated with a friendly atmosphere everytime and when its really busy the staff are workin hard to keep everyone happy!

There were two employees working on ONE order before me at an extremely stale pace, while my friend and I have been standing at the counter for at least 20 minutes waiting for nothing more than a greeting. However, the two employees directly ignored us despite the unusually long waiting time. As repeating costumers, we felt neglected and disrespected despite their high product quality. Disappointed.

The smoothie beverage was good, a bit expensive but good (flavour and quality), but the grilled cheese focaccia sandwich was arguably the worst I have ever paid for. VERY little cheese, very little flavour and very dry, would never buy again and I am told the food from location to location is all the same, so won't be trying.g elsewhere either. Service was reasonably quick and pleasant.

Sadly, they discontinued the one thing my mom would drink, and they won't even make it for her "off menu". But I like the Tropi-Kale and the staff were friendly.

It's a hit and miss kind of shop, sometimes the wheet grass shot tastes rotten and juice as well( as if the veggies are not freash), but other times is ok, I think when you pay that much and get rotten veggies tast even occasionally is not acceptable...they should realy pay attention to how freash the ingredients are..
