I LIVE NEAR HERE SO WHEN I GET THEM I THOUGHT IT WAS ME LOSING TASTE, BUT I BOUGHT SOME FOR MY FRIENDS AND MY HUSBAND MORE THAN ONCE AND THEY ALL AGREE. I WONDER IF THIS IS INTENTIONAL?! NOW I GO TO FLEETWOOD WHEN I'M IN THE AREA. TASTES PROPER. I EVEN ADD WHEY AND IT IS MISSING THE CONSISTENCY. VERY DISSAPOINTING.

I’m so very disappointed in booster juice at Peninsula Village. I looked online and it says that they are open until 9pm. This evening I stopped by there at 7:30pm to get a Carrot/Ginger juice. There was not one person in the entire store. I gave my order to the girl working there, and she then asked me if I could wait 15-20 minutes? 15-20 minutes? I asked her why? She told me that she was currently cleaning the pulp out of her juicer and it’d be 15-20 minutes. She then asked me if I wanted orange juice. If I’d wanted OJ; I’d have ordered OJ. I drove ten minutes to get a carrot/ginger for my mom who is very sick. I’m sure that cleaning juicer is part of the closing duties, but they didn’t close for 1.5hrs and my mom didn’t get her juice. Beyond disappointed.

There were two employees working on ONE order before me at an extremely stale pace, while my friend and I have been standing at the counter for at least 20 minutes waiting for nothing more than a greeting. However, the two employees directly ignored us despite the unusually long waiting time. As repeating costumers, we felt neglected and disrespected despite their high product quality. Disappointed.

The smoothie beverage was good, a bit expensive but good (flavour and quality), but the grilled cheese focaccia sandwich was arguably the worst I have ever paid for. VERY little cheese, very little flavour and very dry, would never buy again and I am told the food from location to location is all the same, so won't be trying.g elsewhere either. Service was reasonably quick and pleasant.
