It's a hit and miss kind of shop, sometimes the wheet grass shot tastes rotten and juice as well( as if the veggies are not freash), but other times is ok, I think when you pay that much and get rotten veggies tast even occasionally is not acceptable...they should realy pay attention to how freash the ingredients are..

Sadly, they discontinued the one thing my mom would drink, and they won't even make it for her "off menu". But I like the Tropi-Kale and the staff were friendly.

overall very disappointed. i was looking forward to getting booster juice after the gym and when i got there, i was in line for about 10 minutes before an employee told me that they were only taking cash. they weren’t willing to help and they had to wait a long time to tell us for some reason. very disappointed and it ruined my day.

literally the açai smoothie bowl was liquid… barely any granola. smoothies are great here but what even was this??

It was a really easy grab n' go situation as I came here really late and wanted a refreshing drink before I leave the plaza.I got the snack size Berry Cream Sensation. I had has to wait a few minutes then my drink was ready. My drink was definitely berry delicious and refreshing! The vanilla yogurt really made a difference as my drink is creamy!The service was quick and simple. She wasn't really talkative but it was fine. She got the job done.

Wonderful place to go if you like fresh juice and healthy smoothie. All the employees at this location are so kind and pleasant. Eventhough prices are high but environment inside the store make it worth it

We ordered here this morning and our wraps were pathetic. They were completely flattened with barely anything inside. No sauce just egg whites. I can’t believe who ever made this would get away with it. Never will I order from here again.

The staff at Booster Juice in Ironwood Plaza, Richmond never fails to deliver quality smoothies and food with friendly service.
The juice itself was fine, the little I received of it. My small glass was more than half foam and they still charged me $10. My request to rectify the situation was ignored.Needless to say, I won’t be back.

The smoothies are high in sugar with little nutritional value unless you add a booster. Grilled items and overpriced and mediocre, but what else did you expect from a Smoothie bar? Overall good experience nonetheless.

I love booster juice and have been going ritually for years, but this location is really bad. I’ve been countless times in hopes i will get a an employee who can make the smoothies/juices correctly. I order allot of heavenly horizons and have had way to much ginger to them not putting pineapple in it or having chunks of something in the bottom. Today I had order a matcha monsoon smoothie and only waited about 2 mins then was given a smoothie that was just liquid, like almond milk with some slush at the top. I think the employees need more training. Unfortunately this location is the closest to my home or I would be going to another location.

Update.......since I wrote my first review the service has been great!! The girl that works Saturday mornings now is always friendly and greets you when you come through the door regardless how busy she might be, she makes an effort. The smoothies are always made right and she is always cheerful and smiling...makes for a much more pleasant experience than the last girl gave!!! I have changed my review to 5 stars now ........I come here every Saturday morning for a smoothie. It's always good and ready quickly. Usually the staff are great. I did not have the same experience this morning with the girl working the counter. Not only did she not speak one word no please no thank you no anything she also doesn't smile. She seemed miserable. I felt bad so tipped her nicely cause she clearly hates being at work today lol
