Acai bowl was made with so much care and love with lots of yummy toppings and it was really refreshing compared to other types of bowls. Hope to try it again in the future

This location wins the award for worst tasting smoothie. The consistency was completely off as it was blended incorrectly - it was grainy and watered down. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Got a large strawberry storm here on September 24th, 2025 around 4pm. I saw that there was probably a snack size worth of my strawberry storm left over in the blender. But the employee working at the time threw it out. WHAT A WASTE! At least save it for yourself or give to the customer. I’m not sure what booster juice policy is but this is such a waste that it’s disingenuous. When ordering milk shakes at Denny’s has extra, they give it to you in an extra cup, they don’t wash it down the sink!
I’ve visited many Booster Juice locations, but the Central City one truly stands out because of Rajbir, the Supervisor. She is incredibly welcoming and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done exactly right. I’ve been carefully monitoring my macros, and Rajbir consistently takes the time to ensure my order is prepared perfectly to match my needs. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care make this location the best by far. Highly recommend!

I ordered custom juice - apple beets carrots orange and ginger . They put so much ginger that my throat was burning . When I asked them to dilute it or change it hey were not willing to accommodate .!!!

Never had any issue ANYWHERE with not having frozen yogurt or skim milk in my drink. I get the SAME drink everywhere. For years! I pay extra to add bananas.
Had the same consistency EVERYWHERE Including this location and this is like water, and I can taste pea protein ( its supposed to be with whey)
They tried telling me im wrong.

Is this location under new management? I’ve noticed a consistent decline in quality—smoothies now have a strong, mouldy taste, regardless of the flavour ordered. I’m genuinely concerned about food safety. On top of that, the staff have been noticeably unfriendly during each visit. It’s disappointing, especially for a brand I used to enjoy and trust.

Went in for a wrap today the girl that handled the cash register thought it was okay to grab the wrap with her hand when hearing it. Which is DISGUSTING!! I did I totally see her use the plastic to move it and after her whole entire hand..wtf.. when I explained to her that’s unhygienic she hollered at me” I’m not arguing with you” neither am I sweetheart.

I ordered an acai bowl and it was the worst I've ever had. There was absolutely no vision of hygiene in the employees as she wasn't even wearing the gloves while making my order. Along with that, she didn't even bother to restock and gave me the leftovers.

Ordered drinks and food via uber eats. One lid was not even on properly so the juice spelled in the bag. Ordered panini and it was stuck to napkin they had put inside the bag not realizing that it was warmed up the steam will wet the napkin and it will get stuck to it. I couldn’t even get the napkin off the food, it was stuck on it. What a bad service. Never ordering from this place again. Had to wait over an hour for the order to be made. Called the place to address this but didn’t answer, as usual. Get some experienced people with common sense to work for you
