Very bad customer service, the employees are rude and ignorant The service is slow and unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.

Worst service provided by aunties, no smile on the face and making various faces while taking order

Went in for a wrap today the girl that handled the cash register thought it was okay to grab the wrap with her hand when hearing it. Which is DISGUSTING!! I did I totally see her use the plastic to move it and after her whole entire hand..wtf.. when I explained to her that’s unhygienic she hollered at me” I’m not arguing with you” neither am I sweetheart.

I ordered an acai bowl and it was the worst I've ever had. There was absolutely no vision of hygiene in the employees as she wasn't even wearing the gloves while making my order. Along with that, she didn't even bother to restock and gave me the leftovers.
Highly disappointed. Never going back.

Ordered drinks and food via uber eats. One lid was not even on properly so the juice spelled in the bag. Ordered panini and it was stuck to napkin they had put inside the bag not realizing that it was warmed up the steam will wet the napkin and it will get stuck to it. I couldn’t even get the napkin off the food, it was stuck on it. What a bad service. Never ordering from this place again. Had to wait over an hour for the order to be made. Called the place to address this but didn’t answer, as usual. Get some experienced people with common sense to work for you

Very rude staff

I was at this location with a minor and both staff started giggling when they saw us. Maybe it was something about me because I am black but it was very unprofessional. I asked if everything was alright and one of the girls said they were giggling because she hadn’t received any tips today. She asked for my daughter’s name and I told her. When the food was ready, she called my daughter ‘grilled cheese!!!’. Puzzled, I asked what that was about and she told me she did that because she has two grilled cheese sandwich orders. I would think that the next best thing to do to differentiate the orders would be to use their names. I corrected her immediately. Very unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour. This happened at the Surrey Sports and Leisure Complex. If you don’t like your job, stay at home!

Very rude staff.
They gave me a juice that tasted rotten, and when i complained about it they said they cant do anything about it its not their problem and i asked then the number of their manager and they denied to give me the number! I was just standing there getting ignored when i couldn't even drink the rotten flavoured juice

I went to the booster juice on Monday 30 at 12 and the customer service by young girl was not good. She was really rude and she didn’t ask me for the rewards to scan my points

Horrible don't waste your money, they don't care how it's made. Don't blame them either, international students hired for cheap.

Absolutely disgusting establishment. Woman touching fruit with dirty gloves goes to till takes change from people and goes back with the same gloves to touch the fruit. Ten dollar drink is not worth it when these inbred people can’t use proper hygiene. Ridiculous. Learn hand hygiene or don’t work in the food industry
