Worst customer service. I order 4 drinks the exact same when the last drink did not get filled up (missing half the drink) she choose to just add more frozen yogurt to which I said the ratio is off can you add some more acai to balance out the flavor she said no or that she would have to charge me more. Why would I pay more for something the drink should already have. I refused to pay more. She then put all the drinks back in the blender and added even more frozen yogurt to then dilute it even more. It was then over blended watery and not as flavorful. I think when you are paying 10$ for a drink it should be made properly,And the person serving you should not be as rude. My request was very reasonable. My experience was horrible.

Bowl cut girl was rude and had RBF. Very blunt, apathetic, and cold. I have depression and I can put on a smile and a friendly voice at my job; it isn't that hard.
Red Sunrise tasted good but wrong. I think all ingredients were there, but it was dramatically apple forward with just a touch of carrot and even less beet. Not the right ratio compared to what I've received in the past from other locations.

I had a great experience at Booster Juice today! I ordered an orange juice, and it was super fresh and delicious. The service was excellent – Jashan was very helpful, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. Really appreciated her positive attitude and great customer service. Definitely recommend visiting this location!

i request the owner to change the bob cut girl or best layoff everyone and hire new employees which are generous, booster juice couldn’t have such employees working, worst experience ever , doesn’t know how to greet , straight away takes order and leaves rather than confirming or asking to wait, juices arnt best either … i don’t usually rate any stores until the serves takes on my nerves, ill do anything to get new employees here … worst experience ever in CANADA ever
