So very much changed but nostalgic for me.
A good place to stop at it if you are driving through.
My only concern with BP is that the prices are getting too high and may well work against them.
The solid service may well work in their favour if my reviews are reviewed ,since my family and I enjoy going to BP across Canada...but the cost may well slow that down

Don't waste your time calling here to book a reservation especially if you have kids. Was given the reservation originally but instantly cancelled it when they found out there are kids in our group.
Go to Langley Bypass location instead.

It’s so great to return to a local community staple after moving away. We had many hockey and Parent get togethers here and it’s great to see that the Staff, service and food have remained as it was, if not made better by Abby & Noah! Thank you as always!

Was here last weekend with a large group of 40 and can’t say enough good things about this location. As a hockey parent, we have always come here and reserved well in advance. There’s never been any problems accommodating our groups. This store has always been busy at dinner time and weekends and the service has never been anything but top notch. Kudos to the owner and staff for a job well done.

This is by far a very nicely laid out Boston Pizza. I find some locations claustrophobic.
However my pet peeve here was the lack of customer focus. We walked in with the family and the gals at the front desk kept chatting for few minutes as though we were invisible. When we were sat down, the waitress and server reacted as though they were working as hostages; against their wishes. Where is the cheerful welcome?
The food is fantastic. It hit the spot. The parking is plentiful and the location is central.
The staff needs to be re-trained for a hospitality mindset - don't simply do it, make the patrons feel welcomed with a genuine smile.
This location is mine and my kids (6&8) favorite BP location. Food is always great, no wait times and friendly service. Tonight, we encountered the most kind and thoughtful server - Elisha. She went above and beyond checking in and just had the sweetest nature and made our dinner so much more enjoyable. ❤️ Tania
