Jana was amazing, awesome customer service! She welcomed us and advised us of the menu and happy hour! She was a breathe of fresh air even at 12:30 am we will be back for her for sure!!

Waited 45 minutes for our food and another hour to get boxes for our left overs and the bill. We observed 2 servers cleaning one table and talking. There were dirty tables around us. We felt bad for a father and son sitting across from us who waited over an hour for service and food. When the waitress finally arrived to give us take out boxes and the bill, I asked to speak with the manager. She said she was the acting manager who’s new to her role and was apologetic for the slow service and inconvenience. We told her we could have walked out and no one would have notice.She responded “I don’t blame you”. Absolutely horrible experience for me and my family.

I go to Boston pizza fairly regularly and this location I've been to about 3 or 4 times, each time has been a poor experience, right now I ordered some food never got cutlery, and I'm writing this as I've been waiting for my bill for the last nearly 20 minutes, the food is okay but the service has been spotty at best in my experience
