We are in this area frequently so would love for this to be a go to option for us but it is unfortunately NOT. Same issues we had last time we ordered a year ago….cheap portions, tasteless food and no matter how many times you ask the staff you will NOT receive cutlery for your takeout order UNLESS you check your bag and go back in to request again and even at that you will get bare forks and nothing else. By far the worst BP location I’ve ever been to.

Our waitress Paula was excellent very knowledgeable on prices and menu!! She is definitely a keeper!! I was a waitress for 40 years and you just don’t find people like Paula anymore! Today they just want to serve you and get rid of you! No people skills

MANAGEMENT ISSUES!!!! BE AWARE… staff is overwhelmed and service is very poor!!! Do not order out be careful.
I ordered from here online on Christmas Day. The website told me that my order was ready to be picked up so I left my family Christmas dinner to go and pick up my daughters dinner . She has celiac disease and no other place was open that she could eat from so I ordered from Boston Pizza (the cauliflower crust pizza) and wings. I understand that it was a very busy time, but it was extremely unorganized. I had to wait in a very long line. There was loads of Uber drivers and skip the dishes drivers, which made it very confusing. I did not know where to stand because they were not in a proper lineup. I stood in the front waiting room, and then I got impatient because there was no employees visible directing everyone so I walked to the front of their “line” to the kitchen. I let the staff know that I was there for my order pick up and they let me know that there would be one hour and a half Wait until I can get my order since they were extremely backed up with packing orders!!!!!! The app let me know that my order was ready to be picked up and I was there!!!!! Whereas the staff told me otherwise.
This was extremely unprofessional as I drove to pick up my order, and if it was not ready to be picked up, they should have contacted me. Since my order was not gonna be ready for an hour and a half, there is no point of me to wait there on Christmas for my order as the website told me that it was ready!!!!
I am extremely unsatisfied with their service. I spoke to the manager to cancel my order as I did not want to wait and I don’t want to waste their time making my order. I did not pay for my order beforehand, so I let them know as a courtesy and I was sent away. The manager did not apologize for the wait there was no sympathy Or kindness I am extremely dissatisfied and will no longer bring my business to this establishment. This makes me extremely angry because I have been coming to this establishment for years And seeing their unprofessionalism has really upset me and my family.
Please do better next year, prepare for holidays and equip your staff with enough resources! It isn’t their fault they were out numbered. Management needs to fix this issue for the staff because they were extremely overwhelmed… please do better next year. Thank you.

We had an amazing experience at Boston Pizza thanks to our server, Paula. She was an excellent waitress and truly went above and beyond for us. The service was phenomenal from start to finish — attentive, friendly, and very professional. She made sure everything was perfect and made our visit even better. Huge thanks to Paula for such great service. We’ll definitely be back!

We walked in with 2 very hungry kids and Brandy took care of us right away.
She was quick and understood that the kids food needed to come ASAP. She did not disappoint!
Boston Pizza, please give your server Brandy a raise! She was amazing.

We spent over $60 on a takeout order on November 24th that included a Triple Play, pizza, and dessert. When we got home, all of the sauces were missing and one-third of the Triple Play wasn’t even in the bag. Completely unacceptable.
When we called to report their mistake, there was zero apology. Instead, we were asked if we wanted to drive back to pick up the food they failed to pack. Only after we declined did they offer to send a driver, but by then the food we did have was cold and we were already frustrated and hungry.
To make matters worse, we were told a manager would contact us within 2–3 days. That never happened. No follow-up, no accountability, no attempt to make this right.
For the amount of money we spent, this level of incompetence and disregard for customers is unacceptable. Only order takeout if you want half of your items missing and zero accountability on their end.

Sat in the lobby waiting for a seat for 15m - had 5 staff walk by us and not even acknowledge us . Clearly there is no management or training at this location - explains why that place was 85% empty - last time I ever walk in there.
