The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was also fantastic, making it a great place to enjoy our lunch. I highly recommend if you're looking for great food and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be back!

I recently had a small party for 18 people 430pm. Had to call in a few hours early to change the seating from 15 to 16 then 16 to 18. BP Guildford was fully accommodating. When we arrived we asked if the bar area was available in a group setting to watch the Canucks game. Tables were already setup for us in restaurant section. BP Guildford moved all the tables around within minutes and got up sitting with a great view of the big screen. We had 1 waitress which took out entire order down without any issues, All appetizers arrived altogether hot and in a very reasonable amount of time with no errors. Entree's also arrived quickly and hot with no issues.
The server was fantastic! No error in the order, she was in close proximity throughout our 2 hours to ensure that anything we needed was delivered promptly. Beverages were always topped up.
There were 3 maybe 4 food runners that ensured all the food was delivered at same time and hot.
I've been to this BP many times and this was one of my best experiences. Also our bill was received with no errors.

My fiancé and i love going to Boston pizza but this experience was above and beyond! Food was extra delicious and so hot and fresh when it came out, and the server did all the works and more! Will definitely be coming back to this location, makes the other locations that we usually go to seem like poop.

On March 11th, I visited your location with my wife and our three toddlers for dinner. We've been frequent customers and have always enjoyed our experiences at this location, but unfortunately, this visit felt like an exception.
First, when we arrived at our table, we noticed it wasn’t clean—it was sticky to the touch. When I mentioned this to our server, she promptly sent a busser to wipe it down, which we appreciated. However, the table should have been properly cleaned before we were seated.
Second, we were very uncomfortable due to the number of fruit flies hovering around our food. Despite our efforts to fan them away, they kept coming back, making it difficult to enjoy our meal.
Third, we decided to try some new menu items: the butter chicken pizza and butter chicken pasta. While the pasta was acceptable, the pizza was incredibly bland, lacking any noticeable butter chicken sauce. We brought this up with our server, who kindly offered to bring the sauce on the side, but overall, the dish didn’t meet expectations.
Finally—and most concerning—there was a fight that broke out in the restaurant while we were dining. I was facing the TV when I heard a commotion, and when I turned around, I saw someone being punched and knocked to the ground. My three toddlers also witnessed this, and I could see how frightened they were. The guests seated next to us hurriedly left, and we felt deeply unsafe in the environment. What upset me the most was that no one from the staff came to address the situation or check in on us afterward.
This visit left us unsettled and disappointed. My eldest absolutely loves this location, and we've always enjoyed coming here as a family. However, if we ever encounter such poor service and lack of safety again, I don't think we'll return.
We had the wonderful experience at this Boston pizza every time I have been there. I have been to all the places in Surrey and Langley but either way this place always provides the best experience including positive customer service and enjoyable experience. BEST SERVER CHRIS.

Vegetarian pizza needs improvement. February 6, 2025 Update - Visited again for lunch. This time we ordered 1 Vegetarian Pizza and 1 Mediterranean Pizza. Vegetarian Pizza still needs improvement in terms of taste (Should I say make it tastier). Mediterranean Pizza was delicious! We enjoyed it a lot. Pasta was very good as well. And the service was amazing.
