Tried calling but could not reach the restaurant. Paid $32 for the pizza. Then boiled some instant noodles and ate that. Bad day I Guess.

The food quality has been going down consistently over the last few years. However this particular time the service was absolutely horrible. Unacceptable to not check in with your table for 15-20 minutes. Unacceptable to bring food in a few plates at a time in batches 10-15 minutes apart. Unacceptable to be waiting for 10-15 minutes just for ranch!! Unacceptable to wait for 15-20 minutes for a beer. I will not be returning to this location.

Had a pizza night out and was lucky enough to be served by Jessica — honestly one of the friendliest and most thoughtful servers I’ve met in a while. She really took the time to understand what we needed and made sure everything was just right, down to the little details. The food was Absolutely hit the spot. I had dinner here with my son and had a mixed experience. We ordered a cheese pizza and a nacho salad. The nacho salad was fresh and flavorful—definitely the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, the cheese pizza was a letdown. The crust was bland and the cheese lacked flavor, which was disappointing.
On the positive side, the customer service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable, making it a nice place to sit and relax.
Overall, while the service and setting were good, the food was hit-or-miss. Would consider going back to try other menu items, but probably wouldn’t order the pizza again.

I love Boston pizza always because of true taste of pizza and being a vegetarian this is my favourite vegetarian kind of home baked pizza I don’t think I can be like any other pizza more than this !!!!!in this location they have beautiful ambiance it’s so clean and beautiful place for dine in ! I am really impressed from Charlie services he was super polite and knowledgeable he serve us with great gesture overall everything is best here the washroom so near and clean pizzas ,bowl,mashed potatoes drinks they know about the authenticity of the recipe even they are justifying with recipes thank you guys it was fun and delicious time was there

Food was terrible and overpriced for what we got. The server was amazing (Gabriella) but she had no control over the food. Wings were expensive and undercooked. It wasn't busy during that time either, my food wasn't the only one cold and made by someone who actually doesn't eat the food they are serving. It shows that you're cooks don't care. For the price I paid for our party we could've drove to Vancouver had an amazing meal at a decent restaurant. Boston Pizza was a step up from Pizza hut restaurant back in the day... Now its below pizza pizza or D-hut for that matter.

Just ordered from doordash for a birthday and the food was unbelievably good. Spin dip was perfectly seasoned, nachos were generously topped, and the wings were hot with a perfect amount of sauce and a good amount of meat while cooked perfectly! 10/10

Amazing food, great service and check on guests. Food took less than 20min to arrive on table after order. Food tastes great and all the spices were on point. Everything was clean from dishes to tables. Washroom was really neat and clean. Outside covered patio is great with heaters and windows. More than enough parking for customers. Service was nice and polite.
