We came last night to have dinner there and specifically to redeem the “SHOW YOUR CONCERT TICKET, GET FREE PIZZA” promotion. There’s a large poster advertising it clearly displayed at the entrance. When we arrived, we told the staff we wanted to redeem the promotion, as we had our concert tickets and met the requirements.
Unfortunately, the receptionist seemed unaware of the promotion, despite the signage. After speaking with multiple staff members, we were finally seated—but then waited over 15 minutes, and no server ever came to check on us.
The whole experience left us feeling very unwelcome and disappointed. I’m not sure if it was due to poor training or something else, but as paying customers, we expected at least a basic level of attention. The restaurant was not busy during the time when we were there. I sincerely hope the restaurant improves its communication and service standards going forward.

When there for lunch. I order pizza with dip, the dip never come. The server never came back to ask if everything was ok and the restaurant was almost empty. She was probably on her phone.

Food and service was fine the place OTOH it's very run down. It has clearly seen better days, menus where stained and stick, seats had almost no padding and the fabric was ripped in some places. For the prices they charge if expect it to be in better shape.

It takes a lot for me to write a review. How can a place consistently (4 years plus) continuously make mistakes with every order. Regardless is it’s food or desert. Missed items then deny they are mistakes. When pressed the owner denies responsibility and gives I don't care attitude. Only reason of coming back is the food offering from Boston pizza. I encourage Boston pizza to do better.

On Saturday Nov 2nd/2024 we made the reservation at Nordel Way,Surrey location for 7:30 PM specially mentioning that we would like to watch Hockey game.When we reached there we were given seats in the family side where hockey wasn’t on,we requested to turn on at least one tv for the game,service was pretty slow,drinks we ordered were so bad, cocktails not upto the mark,no fizz in soda,tap beer didn’t taste like beer,so we decided to go somewhere else,we tried to tell our server,who looked like one of the owners,flashing his gold chain and branded shirt,didn’t even consider anything,no discount was given,we paid the full price for drinks which we couldn’t even finish.we were very disappointed and we DO NOT recommend this place.Very bad experience.
