Greedy owners, appaulingly dirty establishment and no staff. Dont go in on a tuesday!!
We usually order pasta tuesday to go but tonight for a change we decided to go in. Omg!! Its a busy night. But why do you only have so few staff working?? Why is your floor manager not assisting in any useful way. Shes over on a computer station not assisting with anything. Tables are covered with dirty dishes and left over food. And its gross!! Patrons are lined up out the door and when we we finally got to the reception desk and saw all of the deficiencies we were then told it would take 20 mins to seat up. Thats horrible restaurant management. Let me guess. Greedy owners dont care as hiring more staff eats into profits. They dont care how badly their service sucks and how long people have to wait. I vote with my wallet. This place sucks. Its filthy. They over work their underpaid staff. Service sucks and no one gives a care as long as they get their profits. Im out.

Horrible experience. Our server was some lady who wasn’t in uniform. She seemed high as a kite. She spoke to us at 0.25x speed and kept tripping on her own words. After taking our order, another server came to confirm what our order was, and it was completely wrong. We had only ordered two things - one pasta and one appetizer.
The first server brought out some settings for us but the plates were dirty.
40 minutes later the food was still not here. We asked them to check on it and then they brought the food to our table. The bread for the spinach and artichoke dip was as hard as a rock. And the pasta order was wrong.
We left without eating anything.

Very Displeased, my host was very rude to me and my girlfriend when we asked to get a seat at the bar. She started arguing with us and asking why we didn’t ask earlier. She brought out the wrong food, and ignored us the whole night. I saw her and her coworker gossiping about us all night. I asked for my check at the end of the night, took her 20 minutes to bring it. Other customers were also noticing her attitude towards us and talked to us after and said she was typically like this. I do not remember her name but this was a Saturday night in March and she was a high schooler seemed half white and half south Asian possibly. Food was very disappointing as well. Very disappointed 0/5. Do not recommend!!!

I came here for UFC night and it was a complete disaster. They had only TWO people working a packed bar — absolutely unacceptable for an event like this. My food order wasn’t even put in for almost an hour, and when it finally came, it tasted like garbage. To make it worse, it took them another hour just to bring the bill, and almost ANOTHER hour to fix their mistakes. The server after telling him his mistake he started helping other tables. Which wasted another 30 mins. The service was painfully slow, unorganized, and downright careless. If this is how Boston Pizza Nordel runs a big night, they should be embarrassed. Save your money and go anywhere else — the food and service here are a joke.

We went to celebrate a birthday and met up with friends! We had a couple hiccups but once we let the server, John know, we were taken care of.
The service was amazing, the food was amazing!
The manager, Bernard, went over and above. Boston Pizza is very lucky to have him.
We look forward to going to this Boston Pizza again!

Served Penne pasta in a dish, within another dish. The portion was actually what used to be called a serving from a child's menu. It was put in a bigger dish for the illusion. I couldn't sit back in the booth because there was a gaping tear in the upholstery.

Ayla is an excellent server and this boston pizza has been overall the best ive encountered. and i come here probably 3-4 times a month! the service and quality is always the same and i would recommend this location to anybody

We came last night to have dinner there and specifically to redeem the “SHOW YOUR CONCERT TICKET, GET FREE PIZZA” promotion. There’s a large poster advertising it clearly displayed at the entrance. When we arrived, we told the staff we wanted to redeem the promotion, as we had our concert tickets and met the requirements.

Unfortunately, the receptionist seemed unaware of the promotion, despite the signage. After speaking with multiple staff members, we were finally seated—but then waited over 15 minutes, and no server ever came to check on us.

The whole experience left us feeling very unwelcome and disappointed. I’m not sure if it was due to poor training or something else, but as paying customers, we expected at least a basic level of attention. The restaurant was not busy during the time when we were there. I sincerely hope the restaurant improves its communication and service standards going forward.
