It's like those resorts where one might have to pay hidden charges. Our experience from another of their franchise was great, hence we gave White rock a shot. It was waste. No water served, charged for 3 glasses of pop, cause 3 people dined, and overlooked the fact that only 2 glasses were served. Avoid at all cost! The bowling place next door is far better!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience in Boston was so disappointing, I feel obligated to warn others.
The drink I ordered came with NO lime, NO mint – even though both were clearly listed on the menu. The pasta? Supposed to come with mushrooms. Guess what – not a single mushroom in sight. Zero. When I asked the staff about it, they just shrugged like it wasn’t their problem.
But the absolute worst part: I FOUND A HAIR IN MY DRINK. Completely unacceptable. When I pointed it out, no one apologized or even looked surprised – just took the glass away silently and brought another with the same attitude.
No customer service, no attention to detail, no hygiene. This place was a disaster from start to finish.
Would not recommend to anyone. You're better off eating at home.

I recently ordered a Boston royal and requested no shrimp and extra cheese and the food was flavourless. This restaurant is not consistent in any way and you never know what your going to get, I called them and advised that my pizza had no flavours and they wanted a picture which ch is not an issue. The staff are incompetent do not understand the software and are difficult to deal with. I would recommend going somewhere else for a better experience.

First time to this location for Christmas Eve dinner. The atmosphere was very comfortable and beautiful. The staff also very friendly especially our server Mr. Chris P. He gave us a very good and attentive service. Thank you Chris.
Their food were very good, tasty and delicious. I have ordered a full rack of Honey Garlic Pork Rib which includes of 1 side and coleslaw. I ordered the mashed potatoes as my side and it is so yummy and smooth texture. My two children ordered their pizza (Meateor & Carbonara). My two children loved it. May going back again next time. Highly recommend this place. Price is okay not too expensive, affordable price.
Plenty of parking spot at the rear.

Previously had 2 awful experiences at this location but MUSKAAN has totally turned that around on multiple occasions. I have been in on over 6 times and she has made me feel like royalty and never messed up any of my picky orders. I have sat at the bar and witnessed her teamwork with all her co workers and dropped everything to help any of her coworkers .Muskaan deserves the Boston pizza 2024 award for best 1. Team player 2.best guest experience and 3. Best employee. I’m Overwhelmed by her fabulous employee performance.
