I am disappointed with this restaurant. I ordered on skip the dishes, and as there is no way to add notes, I called the restaurant directly to ask them to modify something in my order. When my food arrived, the modification was not made. It’s a small thing, but honestly I feel like customer service is so important. Obviously the modification was impirtant to me, to actually make that call, it just feels like a complete disregard. Saying that, the rest of the order was good, so I don’t want to be mean and rate 1 star.

I am now giving Boston pizza a negative review. My favourite waitress is no longer there as the owner is jealous of her worker's and it is a very negative atmosphere. Service was slow and food has changed and not very good since she has become involved in running the restaurant. So let you know don't go there i wouldn't recommend it.

One of the coolest Boston Pizza locations! When walking in, it's like a ramp to the hostess; turn left to the bar area with higher ceilings or turn right to the family area with sit down tables and comfortable booths, with view of the sidewalk and people watching.
Love their kid menus, especially the Best Western hotel front desk gave us some coupons too as well. Ended up ordering more appetizers as their honey garlic chicken wings are probably the best in town!
Plenty parking in the back which is a bonus for our big truck.

I had such a fantastic experience thanks to our server, Amanda. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She checked in at all the right times without ever feeling intrusive, and she genuinely made us feel taken care of.
Amanda knew the menu inside and out—her recommendations were spot-on, and she made sure everything came out exactly the way we wanted it. Her positive energy and friendly personality honestly made the whole visit so much better. It’s rare to have someone who not only does their job well but clearly loves what they do, and it absolutely shows.
If you’re going to Boston Pizza, ask for Amanda. She’ll turn a regular dinner into an awesome experience. 🙌

I’ve ordered The Big bugs and cheese here online on Uber Eats at this white rock location about 10 times now and every single time they make it sooooo DRY it’s pasta! Why is there barely any sauce? So I continue to call them every single time to let them know to add enough sauce to it, one day I call this guy picks up and says “oh you’d need to pay extra” WHAT DO YOU MEAN EXTRA? Does a decent amount of sauce don’t come with it anymore? When you look at the picture it’s creamy, filled with sauce and that’s what makes it good but when you get delivery like on Uber eats or DoorDash they will lack quality. Unbelievable, I’ve been eating from this Boston pizza for 10 years now and honestly I’m at the point where I think I’m done being a customer here. Also the cucumbers, carrots and celery, they will literally throw in the worst looking pieces of veggies in the tin baggy, unsealed by the way, along with a sauce container of the ranch. Super nasty and unprofessional. All the times I’ve received that it was carrots with brown spots on it or it was super mushy
