The food was very good, especially the mango chicken. The employees maybe me feel rushed to make my order due to the high volume of people, but thatâs okay, it was busy. The portions were massive so, canât complain! Would recommend.

The worst Bourbon Street Grill location I've been to. The server seemed to be in a rush, even though I was the only customer, and got frustrated when I took my time ordering.
It seems that the food at this location is often overcooked, and I'm probably not the only one who's noticed.
All other Bourbon Street Grill locations, particularly Tsawwassen Mills, seem to cook it correctly. I highly advise against visiting the Guildford Bourbon Street Grill location, as it falls short of the standards set by the other locations, which are generally quite good.

Every time we go to Van we stop here to have some bourbon chicken and every time we enjoy it! Reasonable price and you get a decent amount.
The bourbon chicken is tasty. This is why I go here. But the last 2 times I went here, the service was AWFUL!
My partner and I ordered 2 combo #3. My partner doesnât like soggy rice so she asked if her chicken could be put in a separate container. The employee responded with, yes, but it will be $5.00 extra. Really? Just for a container?
The previous time we went here, I didnât want any rice, just vegetables and chicken. They said they will still charge me for a combo. So I asked for extra vegetables and they refused. Make this make sense to me. Money means more to them than returning customers.

worst customer service. I got steamed rice and chicken, after one bite I felt rice tasted awful and uncooked. I told them about it and they behaved very rude and said they can't do anything. I couldn't eat the rice. No customer satisfaction at all, they didn't even try to listen me. Never going to recommend this location.

Very extremely rude. No manner AT ALL. Be prepare to do time attack when ordering or else the employee will yell at you. They don't have the vocabulary of "wait" for customers to decide.

Just got 2 orders for dinner TuesJan.18 4:15pm and it's a total let down. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Not only the prices have gone up the quality went down. Normally my hubby can finish it all but he can't even eat most of the noodles cuz he said it wasn't fresh tasting. the veggies in it were old brown soggy looking. The girl gave us the bottoms of the noodles of the pan eventho I told her I would wait and have the new batch but she insisted that it's enough for 2 orders and proceeded to pack my orders. It's not worth $25.05. We use to go there at least once a week and now I don't think I'll ever go back again. I had to like pick out the brown soggy veggies inside the noodles so much work and I just gave up after.
