Good ice cream, have been going here a half dozen times so far but now feel compelled to leave a review after trying the Ube ice cream recently! FABULOUS! It was not too sweet, great flavour, amazing color. Please please keep it on the menu so I can order this every time in future! ?
I love bravo gelatos ice cream but I don’t love the unreliable and grumpy service you receive from the staff!! On there website and the door of the shop they say they close at 10:30, I got to the shop at 8:20, there was a blonde teen girl with her friend and they decided to close two hours early! Not professional or ok. They were rude when we tapped on the door to ask if they were open and by that, they lost our business plus about 7 other people who walked up to the door when...
Had the hazelnut and pistachio gelato today both were excellent! Very tasty we even bought a pint to bring home after! And like some other reviewers said the staff wasn't too friendly no smiles like they didn't want to be there ? We really like the gelato so I will keep it as 5 stars.....but definitely lots of room of improvement in terms of customer service.
