Good patio seating, and smaller than the others.

Quiet night, only 3 others sitting at bar. There were 4 hostess, 3 in the bar area. It took over 10 mins for them to serve us, and even that was when I finally called one over. Ordered a side fries to share, arrived after 20 mins stone cold. Complained to the assistant manager that was on, but we found the staff after that was distant and not friendly at all, so we corked our bottle and left. One the most unpleasant experiences I've had there. Highly unlikely I would return or recommend anyone to go there.

Ian the bartender is amazing. Popped in on Sunday with a friend. Came 2 days later and he remembered our drink order and garnished!! Very impressed and Browns owner should be happy to have staff like that. As a server and bartender myself, I’m super impressed!

Food has been much consistently better at this location this past year. Service is always great and wait time are never bad imo. Overall, much better experience and food than the Keg and Milestones, and far better overall value than Cactus Club and Earls by far.

Ordered two beef dips via Skip and they missed the au jus on BOTH of the orders. The sandwiches are dry and inedible without the au jus.
Spent a lot of time waiting for my order only have it delivered in a way that can't be eaten. That's a fundamental part of the meal to miss entirely.

I ordered and paid for avocado with my blackened chaser chicken, I expected far more than the 3 tiny pieces, I kept thinking I’d find more deeper down, but that was not the case. I also noticed the portion size was diminished from what I usually receive. I was not given a refund because I didn’t take photos before I ate it. But how could I have known. In the past when I ordered avocado, I usually received about half of one, if you’re limiting the amount then let the price reflect that.
Food was cold when received. It was a $25 burger. It should be warm at least.

Your dragon bowl has been our favourite. For the last couple times that we have ordered this dish for a take out, the chicken has been tough, almost inedible. Hope you can make some changes. I am not sure about ordering it again.
