I had the best experience at this location on Saturday. We had a reservation for a birthday that went from 20 to about 25, and our server Caitlyn killed it. She was so attentive, caring, and we never had to wait for anything because she anticipated all our needs.
I will be coming back to this location because of this amazing experience my group and I had.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Patience at Browns Socialhouse. She holds down Football Sundays with-no surprise-the utmost patience. Even with the place packed, TVs blaring, and everyone yelling for their teams, she stays calm, attentive, and on point every single time. Drinks never take long, food comes out right, and she somehow remembers everyone's order without missing a beat.
If you're hitting Browns for the game, do yourself a favor and get a table in Patience's section. She makes the chaos feel easy. Highly recommend.

1/10 experience for me and my bf we tried calling 4 times someone would pick up and not talk and just let it standby so drove there and have them tell us continuously “ someone will take your order “ hearing that for 20 minutes while we stood around it just got enough for us to just leave. How come instead of telling us someone will attend us for 20 minutes he/she couldn’t just take our order we already had down it’s not like there going to attend to us as they would had we been dining in we could’ve came back and picked up the food but just a bad experience overall considering it wasn’t even busy like that establishments like earls, cactus etc have been busier and still cater to each and every person who comes in just thought I’d leave my 2 cents since I’ve never done this

I made reservations for my sister and I for 5:30 and we were given a few options of where we would like to sit and we ended up in a really nice Booth by the bar. Our server Trey was very attentive and did a fabulous job. We both had the #28 dragon bowl, one was with tofu and the other with chicken and we shared a bottle of wine. A great experience all around.

Had the chicken alfredo bowel with garlic bread. It was luke warm and the portion on the smaller side being $30. Service was so so as well, isn't food supposed to be served hot and fresh to customers? Not the practice anymore in many restaurants. Browns is now on the list, probably won't be back.

I visited Browns Socialhouse at 152 & Highway 10 recently, and overall I had a good experience. Our server, Abby, was amazing — her service was definitely 10/10! She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome.
However, I do feel the food portions and pricing could use some improvement. I ordered the half chicken Alfredo, which was just okay — nothing special for the priceof $20.50 barely any noodle looked almost as a kids Alfredo . I also ordered the nachos, and while they’re honestly some of the best-tasting nachos I’ve ever had, they looked like a small snack portion just spread onto a bigger plate. At $16.50, I expected a better portion size.
All in all, the atmosphere and service were fantastic, but I wish the food portions matched the quality and price point a bit better. I’d still recommend it for the great service and good vibes, but just be prepared for smaller portions at a premium price.
Ordered my ever-favorite lettuce and chicken wraps... had to go hunting for the chicken. Seriously, there probably were 6-10 tiny pieces (and that's being gracious). Otherwise tasted good and lots of lettuce to keep us going. Definitely would seriously think twice about ordering this again. The presentation was lovely, the staff was super and all the rest of the boxes ticked off the top of the chart. Oh, and loved their OH Canada signage!! Funny!

Love going to brown social house for brunch. Go to item is the nachos and wings. Best main is the chicken fettuccine and Hollywood burger. Good atmosphere ;service very efficient.
