After having had our first date here, we returned a year later to celebrate our first anniversary. We were absolutely blown away by the care and generosity of the staff, especially Jen the assistant manager. The staff are welcoming, very friendly, knowledgeable of the menu, and accommodating! Chelsea and Jennifer were presented with a very difficult circumstance, but they àhandled it with incredible calm and intelligence! It could've escalated but was handled well with grace, and at the end of it ended well! They both know what they are doing! We have always had a positive and very enjoyable experience here! Came here with my girlfriend and her daughter we just got a bunch of appies to share, dynamite roll and the avocado roll, deep fried cauliflower, garlic Parm fries and chicken wings. Everything tasted delicious it was the perfect amount for the three of us, our waitress was super nice and attentive, it wasn’t that busy when we went so the service was really fast.
Outstanding service, the manager Chelsea went the extra mile to make sure our experience was one to remember. Browns is my family's new favourite restaurant. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you Chelsea you are amazing!
