Honestly the waitress was awesome and the wait for food wasn't bad but you need to wash the cooking dishes better or something cause the beef wasn't good hardly tasted any Szechuan sauce at all and the noodles kinda tastes like spoiled food or old grease or something gave me diarrhea.

What a horrible service experience I had with this location yet again. Table we promised were gone to other customers twice and when I asked them where about our table is, they simply said the table is getting ready without absolute no apologies or acknowledgement of forgetten about us. Yet another 10 mins pass, others got sit down, and we still didn't have the table. When I asked the a guy who looked like assistance manager, he told us that he is going to clean the table behind the bar, grabbed cloth and spray and started to wiping the table. But after 5 seconds, got distracted, left the cloth and cleaning spray on the chair, and went off to somewhere eles. Once we got the table finally, delivered the food and drinks ourselves from the bar because NO ONE was serving us or heling us to move. Couple of different people came and asked how the food is. When we asked for the bill, the hostess said she will grab our server. We didn't even know we had a server! After 15 mins of wait, we had to walk to the front, asked for the bill.
Lastly, hello hair on my bowl! Disgusting place..
What a disappointment, this location again.

Our YELP reservation was denied yesterday evening and we were turned away by Staff. We WERE frequent visitors but no longer!

Our family’s preferred establishment for leisurely meals during work breaks has undergone a significant change. The portion sizes of food have substantially diminished over the years. Upon inquiring with the server about the discrepancy, I was informed that the current portions are indeed the regular size, not the reduced size offered during happy hour. That we realized why they are not busy during the weekend anymore. So sad.

I haven't been to Browns in quite a while. I had a bad experience with the food at another location 2 years ago and haven't been back since. My kids suggested this location, and I gave it a try. I was very impressed with the food. I got the szechuan beef noodle bowl it was fantastic. Both of my boys liked their meals as well (dragon bowl and burger). The atmosphere was good and like love their booths.

Shout out to Alex! I ordered while having company over VIA SKIP THE DISHES and our entire order was “delivered” but never made it! Not the restaurants fault at all but when we called browns to re order Alex was do understanding, incredibly helpful and sympathetic! He added a few desserts to our order and a % off for us due to our situation and our party waiting 2 hours for food etc!
Thank you Browns & Alex for changing and making our weekend!!!

I usually ordered chicken with fettuccini with alfredo sauce or beef dip. Both are quite tasty, the service is usually good.

I’ve tried to give these guys the benefit of the doubt over the last few years. But never coming back here again.
First off, $17 for the dynamite roll. Unbelievable, rice was old and sticky, a single piece of green onion, and then a deep fried pre made frozen piece of shrimp tempura. What a joke, I’ve genuinely have had gas station sushi far better.
They had to take our order twice as they messed up the first time. Never checked in on our meal once served.
There was a hair in my French fries, drink was 75% ice. Please do yourself a favour and go to Earls across the street instead. Once we were done the bill took 32 minutes to come.
Poorly done. I hope the manager reads this and does a full revaluation of this establishment. I rarely leave poor reviews and I hate to do so, but the constant disappointment of this place leave me no choice. Take this as constructive criticism.

I’ve given this establishment many chances and they keep on disappointing. The last experience here was terrible. They added bacon on my Caesar salad when I specifically told them not to- they gave my wife regular fries when she asked for Yam fries and our dinner took over an hour to reach our table. I know these seem like small mistakes but this isn’t the first instance this has occurred and management doesn’t care about any of this because I’ve complained in the past and been shrugged off. I highly recommend you to visit the one on 16th and 152 if you’re in the area and want Browns.

Went here a week ago, and it was alright. We ordered the crispy cauliflower, sticky Thai chicken bites, and spicy deep fried breaded chicken and pickles to start. We ordered the buffalo chicken wings, side of fries, and Alaskan gravy for our main, and the food was okay. The service and the atmosphere were great. Not sure if I'd be rushing to go back tbh but not bad for bar food.
