Place is great, it is open till late but the service was okay.Got interrupted multiple times during a conversation and I could literally see the frown on her face. I understand it is disappointing if people do not order much items and may lead to less tip. You cannot pressure customer to buy more!Did not get water also :-|

This Browns is close to 5, minor subtleties held me back but it is definite Go To for me! In the days of $25 burgers, the Smokehouse has a Big pattie, beautiful bun and the ceasar with bacon Chunks was as good a meal as I gave ever had! My niece had the steak sandwich, again, a very decent piece of meat, ordered rare and came perfectly. Well done, service dude was excellent, this Browns is dialed in!

Much more pleasant than other Browns that I've visited. Nice and clean - including the ladies' loo (can't comment on the gents'). Any food I've had there has been well-prepared and tasty; wait staff are pleasant and mostly attentive. I hesitate to say avoid the patio because it's a nice place to sit on a warm evening but that pretty water feature harbors rats that are known to visit.

Great service. Good location. Can’t ask for more.Ariyana was very friendly and she was amazing with her service. I want to thank management for hiring her. She build relationships with clients so they want to come back to browns. The food at browns is amazing also so props to the cooks.In terms of Sanjeev, the manager. I have some negative reviews. He is very narrow minded. I asked him to hold a client event for 30 people and he refused. I went to milestones and spent $3500 that night.If it wasn’t to other staff at browns, I would never come here coz of Sanjeev and I told him that.

Fairly good Burger. But no napkins. No atmosphere. Server was dead to the earth. You'll have morefun at Fat Burger. Don't waist your money. Go to a actual pubNo Burger and a beer deal. What's up with that.
I love Browns. Honestly, eat here about once or twice a week. I enjoy the guildford location as it seems a lot bigger than the other locations in Surrey. Server was nice could have been better but it is what it is. Relaxing environment and busy. Tried the house red wine for the first time - not what I would order again but was curious. Plus can never go wring with the calamari... yum!
