Came here 4 years ago for my 18th birthday and came back for my 22nd birthday! we loved our server Joanna haha she was our server twice both times we went ! We loved her lots ! She was very kind !! Love our food !! Soo good !! Recommend to bring your friends or family for any event !!
Don’t get the “guac” and chips. They charge u 8 bucks and give u 10 chips and an ice cream scoop of guac that looks pre made.

I was late getting to the restaurant. My friends ordered for me and it really wasn't to my taste . No fault of the restaurant or the server but I didn't eat it. The server noticed I had barely touched the meal I told her the story . I was willing to pay because it was my fault . She returned with a smile and a bill with no charge. Excellent customer service. I will definitely retun. Other people in my party will as well I am sure

Food and atmosphere is great! I enjoyed my food. And I love how attentive the servers are especially Jas. I didn’t even have to ask for water or a refill for my drinks. She made sure our group was alright all throughout our dinner.Thank you!

Worst Browns restaurant I've ever been to. We went on December 13 2023 for Christmas lunch from work. We were seated in the main lobby area where there are no windows at the top so it is basically open. There was a black curtain hanging in front of the opening but that didn't stop the King George blvd traffic noise or construction noise. They had the overhead heaters on but the noise was unbearable. We couldn't hear each other talking especially with other guests seated in the same area and proximity. Our waitress was too busy serving a majority of the restaurant so we sat around for 30 mins before our food order was taken. We waited another 45 mins for the food to finally arrive. The restaurant needs to understand that people come during work and that means they have to return to work on time or at least within a reasonable amount of time. We pretty much spent our lunch break waiting to be served. I asked a male employee who was dressed up so I'm assuming they were the manager for some salt and he said ok. He never came back and so I had to call upon a different waitress. My wife and her co-workers went to this restaurant for lunch earlier this year and had the same experience. After waiting for so long for their food while their lunch break was about to end, they told the waitress that they would be taking the food to go as they were not able to eat in the restaurant. Management needs to be fired. I would never go back here again.

Went to Browns Socialhouse today for lunch and were seated immediately with a menu, provided and informed that a server will be with us shortly. While waiting, two other parties arrived and were seated next to us. A waitress had came by, took orders and served drinks to the people around meanwhile we were left completely ignored. After another 15 min of waiting, we decided to leave and while putting coat on, a waiter had finally came by asking if we were helped. While waiting quite a bit of time just to get our orders taken, we had completely lost are appetites at this point and left. We use to go to this place pretty often and spend around $150, but after this experience they definitely lost their frequent customers.
