Plastic stuff in my noodle soup. And the seaweed is extremely salty. The fishball is not even cooked, so hard to bite And taste unfresh. This was one of my favorite restaurant but I don't know what's going on with them. I'm really disappointed. Definitely won't come back again. Not recommend.

There was little to no salt in the soup noodle, but there were plenty of bugs! I saw 3 floating in he last one cup (there were about 3 cups in total) and there are probably a lot more in the soup I already consumed. It is clear that they don't wash their produce, or there wouldn't be a pest fest in there. The appetizers, while perfectly fried, has way too much salt. Food safety standards has been a concern at this location in my experience.

I hardly give reviews as I usually can’t be bothered but I just want to say today was the first time we tried this place and we were sad to find out it is closing at the end of this month already! I wish they would stay! The food is good & the service was excellent! Wish they would reconsider and stay!!

Decent restaurant for your noodle-cravings. They have a “build your own noodles” where you can customize the noodles, broth, and two toppings.The only downside is the recent increase of price, which is understandable, due to the economy. I used to come here a lot, but have come less because of the high cost for food.Also, I was just made aware that this restaurant will be permanently closing on September 30th. So sad to see this place go!
Parking: Lots of parking. You have the entire parking lot to choose from! There is always availability, even during the busy weekend.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of room available for large groups. The restaurant has a family-atmosphere.

This place is, hands down, my favourite restaurant. I've been to other Bubble Waffle Café locations, but this location just hits different. The food is always so good (I don't have any photos because I always eat the food right away when I get it!), and there's something about it that is always so comforting that I feel like I'm having a home-cooked meal. (Definitely try the deep fried oyster mushrooms! Or, for something sweet, get the bubble waffle ice cream but ask for a matcha bubble waffle!) The staff are also always so nice and welcoming, too! I've been here so many times and they are consistently the best. Good food, good service, and one of the few places in Surrey where you can have a late night hangout with friends or family - what's not to love?
Foods solid. Prices decent and variety of food are not bad. We liked their duck menu, quite tasty and healthy. Also their noodles was said to be good by company that I went with. Seatings aren't the most comfortable but does the job. The restaurant is functional but messy. Their washroom was however very clean. We will come here time to time.

Ordered a custom soup at about 4 p.m and it was pretty bad.. pork is not marinated or seasoned, soup is unseasoned, I found 2 black hairs at the side of my soup as well.. meanwhile I have blonde hair.Bubble tea is always good here and takoyaki is always good but wow.. soup should not be sold here.

30 minutes just to prepare this meal when I was the only customer in the store the food was cold ?No flavor just overly salty. The siu mai worst than frozen generic package at supermarket ? it was like mush and curry fish balls as you see on photo the forgot to put sauce (eventhough supposedly its to be cooked in curry), the slush was more like water down juice (lucky didn't ask for boba, I honestly think it might have been unsatisfying too with these standards), lamb meat very thin not even mixed in just placed on top as per the picture ? and finally the bubble waffle it was hard as a rock stale (I expected it to be decent eventhough it was on discount price when added with combo)Only if they had ZERO stars it is what I would give. The staff was rude as man behind the counter gave the vibe he didn't care or wanted to be there but said "you can't read" "don't you know what you want" I ordered to go, yes I did take my time ordering being indecisive and I told him forgot my glasses so it was no easy to read the menu above.Never again will I order from here so unprofessional with no care, his unnecessary comments of another customer who called in about a complaint. I do not think saying that customer is crazy and a using derogatory terms while I was present is acceptable.Such poor quality food, he was rolling eyes when I asked for a stamp on my loyalty card giving off negative vibe.This review is for ONLY THIS location in Surrey other Bubble Waffle Cafe at Brentwood Crystal Mall or Aberdeen etc... being much more busier they have better service and food is edible with flavor, even if just mediocre food court quality.Naming the restaurant "Bubble Waffle" Cafe minimum trademark of the waffles needs to be somewhat delicious fresh and have minimum standards. Being a franchise I really think worst location and with no quality control.

Salty squid is inconsistent, we ordered before and it was so good and chewy, the batter was puffy with perfect seasoning ... Came back another day to order it again and it's now hard, flavourless and oily like they don't change their oil. I'll give it another chance next time but if it's not the same quality I won't be back.Edit: Quality has returned! Hopefully it will stay consistent.
