Tawainese chicken nuggets are the best although dont eat it when your have something after because it will blow thru your pants after 30 minutes.
I haven't had a problem with them yet except for the veggies that are sometimes old.

Bubble Waffle Cafe is located at the food court with various other vendors. They have an extensive menu and most mains are between $15-$20 which comes with a drink of your choice, $0.50 extra for iced option. I got the curry chicken nuggets which came with rice, broccoli, curry sauce, and a separate bag for the chicken nuggets. I also ordered the iced Hong Kong milk tea which is a good sized drinks. I added $1.99 for a bubble waffle (which unfortunately was cold when I ate it). Overall price was $20.40 for the meal which is decent. Flavour was just ok for everything. The milk tea was good. They gave me a loyalty card in which you have 6 mains and you get a free bubble waffle.

We ordered the Hainanese chicken combo - the chicken was dry and drowning in a vat of soy sauce with a thick layer of oil; the 2 slices of cucumber hiding at the bottom of the soy sauce had lost their crunch; and the chicken oil rice was mushy, bland, and luke warm. All of this cost close to $18. I don't have high expectations for food court meals, but this has set a new low for me.

I usually get the Taiwanese popcorn chicken combo at the lougheed and metrotown locations and have had no problems in the past. Wanted to try something different so got the lemon chicken. It was awful. I took one bite and had to spit it out. The rice was also mushy and overcooked. My husband who doesn't waste food ate more of it but he could only stomach a few bites. He said the chicken tasted off, like it was old and reheated and the rice to him tasted slimy and old. Do not get food here. I'm never getting food here or other chains again :(

Ordered the cheese cake bubble waffle for about $6 and it did not taste like cheese cake at all. It tasted like their original flavour. Considering that you have to pay a bit more for their other flavours, we are very disappointed.

Portion size is small for it's price. The milk tea was okay, but the meal isn't worth it. Try something else.

Absolutely rubbish 👎. They have no clue how to prepare a noodle that people can eat!
I usually order takeout. Decent combos - food, drink, and waffle. I like how you can mix and match. I like their waffle more than the bubble waffle. Hk milk tea is good as expected. I like their snacks too. Not a lot of hk style places in Surrey. Decent food for decent price. Don't expect something amazing.

It's not that bad for the most part considering the price point and drink combo (though the default milk tea is Taiwanese style and you need to pay extra for HK style). Great fried chicken (be it nuggets or fillet) and sichuan spicy broth. Hainan chicken is decent with a dipping sauce or in a spicy soup, but the meat is often overly bloated and meaty. The Laksa is not very consistent as sometimes it is milky/creamy and not very spicy though (Bubble Waffle locations seem very inconsistent with this). Often the portion of cabbage with the noodles is excessive and sometimes feels watery or bitter.

Be careful ordering it from uber/doordash. I put a request to fully cover the soup bowl. However, they never cared about it. I had a few experiences that the soup leaked out on waffle and drink. After I called to remind the store, the store manager or a girl I talked to refused to change the way of package (even its a special note or request from customer) and pushed the responsibility to driver and even told me to file complain to uber but will not consider putting extra care to secure the leakage. Horrible service ever.
