The place is quite old. The food and the amount of servings is good. There’s so much that needs improvement. Ambience, menu presentation, ordering, etc. I love the tentacles but the server is always in a hurry.

The drinks are in a very cheap plastic cup. Cups are very thin, whereas the plastic wrap lid is so thick. While at the restaurant, 2 teens who where trying to open the cup the cups cracked from the side and flooded the table, while the lid was still intact.
Same happened to my child in the car and half the drink spilled out! Very very cheap!!

Foods are good, just a little run down in the environment. Cloudy/dirty windows and torn seats. The place doesn’t seem to be well maintained.
The popcorn chicken and takoyaki balls were really tasty. Halzenut milk tea is nothing special. Would go again for the food.

Visited Bubble World in Guildford and tried their bubble tea. The drink was fresh and flavorful, with just the right balance of sweetness and texture. Quick service and a cozy atmosphere. A nice spot for bubble tea lovers!

Overall they’re okay but whenever I get fruit tea from here it is very watery. I even asked for extra sugar but it’s still the same. The location at new west has much better bubble tea

The two of us ordered Taiwanese chicken nuggets and pork chop cutlet combo meals. To be honest, the taste for both is flat. Perhaps the meat has been in the freezer for too long and any flavour has long gone. The soup for the noodle is tasteless and some of the noodle is still in clumps. I have to use chopsticks to "de-clutter" the noodle balls. The experience has been underwhelming.

Food was okay but unfortunately the store doesn’t seem hygienic, saw silver fish on the floor and one actually fell on my tray.. it was so off putting staff also just stared at me and didn’t really care even tho it’s so unappetizing and gross to eat when i got a bug on my table. Would recommend going to a different location!

An okay spot for bubble tea and a snack. Most of the dishes are alright in flavour. The only stand out dish that I would definitely recommend is the BBQ Meat Slices on Rice (with beef). The sauce is delicious and the meat is soft and tender. The five spice Chinese pancake was okay, but unfortunately felt too greasy compared to other places that offer a similar dish.
Parking: Lots of available parking stalls located within the plaza area.
