Customer sevice has gone down. Extremely rude. I had come in twice to order a drink and instead of asking for specification the server would just say “dont have” “we dont have” — another time i had an order picked up as I had placed the order over uber, my spicy noodle in soup was not closed properly so upon driving home, everything spilt all over my car — neither uber or bubble world responded or refund my money. No food and horrible service. Put your servers in their place or replace them

My mom went in here for dinner with her co workers tonight on August 22 at around 8:10-8:15pm.. The server that was helping them had such bad service towards them. Yes, there’s probably miscommunication somewhere, but at the end of the day they still paid for the service and decided to not tip based on the service they received. The server had the audacity to question and ask “do you want to tip us” and my mom said “no because I didn’t like the service today” and she says “thank you but you’re not welcome here anymore”. I’m sorry but since when tipping is a mandatory practice? And why would they make a comment like that from not tipping? This is coming from their manager who apparently is named Angelina. Now when I went to confront her she denied and tried defending her and didn’t even deny that she made that comment towards my mom and her co-workers. The attitude she had with me while talking to her was very disrespectful, not sure how she even got the managerial position but that is not how you keep customers if that’s the attitude you give. Don’t worry bubble world, you won’t see us again since you don’t want or need our service. I will share this with their company as well.

Very kind staff. Friendly. Best bubble-tea taro ice-cream slush with pearls in all of Surrey! I tried their Taiwanese dishes this time, which was fairly good 👍 Only dislike is how noisy it gets with their blenders when making drinks. (A possible solution that I use to quieten the noise is by draping a dishtowel or cloth over it while crushing the ice etcetera).
I LOVE BUBBLE WORLD. I always order the salty peppery chicken and the beef noodle soup!!! Those are the best items on the menu.
I would recommend ordering the noodle soup without beef because each beef piece essentially costs one dollar which I do not think is worth it at all. (they only give around 5 beef pieces)
I also love the taro slush, strawberry slush and the milk tea slush bubble tea!
