I always order the sauteed beef on rice, but today I noticed it's was suuuper oily, so oily that I have to use a spoon to get the oil that's sitting on the top off. No food should have that much oil in it 😔
Update: it made me sick 😭 I'm so sad this is my favorite meal.

Bubble World is honestly one of the worst places I’ve ever spent money at. The service is painfully slow, and the staff act like helping customers is some kind of personal inconvenience. I stood there waiting while they messed around behind the counter, didn’t explain anything, and still managed to get the order wrong. When I pointed it out, they looked annoyed, like I was the problem for expecting what I paid for. On top of that, the drinks are wildly overpriced for what you get. The bubble tea tasted watered down, the pearls were either rock hard or weirdly mushy, and the whole thing felt rushed and careless. For a place that claims to specialize in bubble tea, the quality is embarrassing. And to top it all off, the worker was absolutely horrible — rude, dismissive, zero customer service skills, and clearly didn’t care at all. That interaction alone was enough to make sure I never come back.

This is our usual go to spot but I’ve noticed the food and service has gone downhill. I waited over 30 mins for a take out order. They charged me for two bags and gave me a drink tray instead of a second bag. Our drinks were sitting on the counter and the ice had melted by the time we got the rest of the order. Very disappointing!!

Order food today from bubble world. I don't know who is working today but I try calling 30 time and no one is picking up there phone. I need to confime why my food box was open when I had it deliver by uber. This is a safety concern where I try to find out if the store isn't close my food box or the uber driver has touch my food. Not professional at all when I had to call 30 times and not one time they even pick the phone up. Who ever is working today needs to be train more

We went to other locations and it was never this bad. There were boxes and booths were stuffed with restaurant stuff.The servers looked miserable (there were 2 of them bob haired girl and platinum dyed haired girl). We had the shrimp fried rice ( the portion was small and less veggies and egg) and squid rolls were bland! Hopefully the other locations hasn’t changed like this one did.
