We went today, first time. Ordered 2 signature burgers. Staff very nice and went thru menu highlights, after he asked if we had been before. Burgers delicious, juicy and fresh. Fries excellent. Onion rings, delicious. Many options for burgers and accompaniments! They do sauce it up, but if you prefer, less toppings, let the staff know. We will be back for the funnel cake dessert. We left really full, and we took half our food home for later.

I ordered The Machine. The patty was cooked right — tender, hot, and seasoned with purpose. Toppings were generous, stacked high, the kind of burger that looks ready to fall apart but holds its ground. It’s rare now — a proper handful, built for appetite, not optics.
The space is bright and clean. Light bouncing off stainless and tile. Plenty of room to sit, the hum of a shop that welcomes you in without fuss. The owners greeted us warmly — you feel it’s their place, not a franchise run on autopilot.
Fries came golden and honest. Just enough salt, crisp edges, no burn marks, no shortcuts. The Oreo milkshake sealed it — smooth, thick, and balanced. You could sip it easy without fighting the straw.
Burger Factory doesn’t pretend to reinvent anything. It just gets the essentials right — meat, salt, warmth, and care.

We went from seattle just to eat these burgers. We tried chicken grilled, fried chicken and classic beef one. All were yummy. They even accommodated our request to use our keto buns for some of the burgers. Very good customer service. Super nice lady offered our kids free ice cream. We will definitely visit again. Love the taste and service.

Everything so nice, the food, atmosphere,and the price reasonable, and its Halal too 🥰. But the Nashville chicken should not taste just like sweet and sour chicken sauce, i couldn't even taste spicy at all it just sour & sweet, we are from Tennessee USA where the Nashville chicken originated so we know the taste very well. We live in Washington, and craved the Nashville chicken and crossed the border drove to surrey. But yes 4 stars we given for good food.
Burger Factory is absolutely amazing! The burgers are juicy, fresh, and full of flavor. The buns are soft, the ingredients taste so fresh, and every bite feels perfectly balanced. The staff is friendly, and the place has a nice, cozy vibe. Definitely one of the best burger spots in town . I’ll be coming back for sure!
