Terrible customer service. They need to fix their app and google map hours. I ordered on christmas eve on the app but when I got to the store , the store was closed, I cannot get a refund through the app, the app sucks. When I went to the store later and asked them to make the order that I did not get, they did not help me out and asked me sort it out on my own. Terrible management

I didn’t like them sending me the old fries and burger. I ordered delivery but it doesn’t means that it shouldn’t be fresh it was hard to eat it both the fries and the burger hard to bite. The chicken patty was so cold. Never ordering here again.

Hey i came to this store with the people i work. I am there support worker and have to be with them all the time. I dont like burger king so went to A nd w got my food. Came in to eat with my people i was supporting lady came and asked you cannot eat outside food here. The thing is i am hungry this is the only time i have to eat in whole shift. I understand but my thing is that i cannot leave them alone as well. In these cases they have to understand and should respect other’s job. So rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.

I bought two burgers and onion rings, but they didn’t taste good. The burgers had no flavor, and the onion rings were too greasy and tasted old. It was a bad meal, and I wouldn’t suggest getting it.

I have ordered here (drive through) and walk in… about 2 times a week for the past month or so… (vege burgers).
They were super yummy and fresh and hot the way I love it!
Also there were a few staff members that we dealt with regularly and they are SUPER sweet.
Love the vege burgers and service at this location l.
