My recent visit to Burger King left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the cashier neglected to inform me that the drink machine was out of order, leaving me with a surprise beverage choice. Clear communication and attention to customer preferences were lacking, leading to a disappointing dining experience.

The snack packs chicken tastes rubbery. Fries were warm not hot.I thought I walked into an A & WIt was next door so I was disappointed before I ordered.I should have left and walked next door but I was lazy.

BEWARE; My wife and I were at this store on Tuesday March 12 3024 worst experience had to to repeat my order 3 times server still did not hear me so wife piped in 8 piece she then placed her order my order and my wifes ordeted full meals when my order arrives it is only nuggets and a coke i ask where my fries are and there are 3 ways to handle this 1- ask me to return to register and get the right order cause a mistake was made2- comp the fries or finally3-rant and rave about how that was what i ordered she chose 3 so i told my wife to get her money back I was asked to leave the store and have been banned ALL I WANTED WAS THE MEAL I ORDERED good luck to any readers of this post who still go to this store

I would like to express my upmost gratitude to each and every staff member of this Burger King! Thank you all for your kindness and as well for providing exceptional customer service for myself and my three young kids. It was my youngest’s birthday today, you all went above and beyond the standard protocol to make him feel special on his big day. You make us all feel welcome every time we visit. Thank you! Great staff! It is always a treat for us to visit your restaurant! Great food as well! We will see you again!Kid-friendliness: My youngest asked to come here for a birthday treat. The staff here were really great to him, great to all of us. 10/10 !
For a fast food chain this place deserved the 5 stars. Needed a quick dinner last night and ordered the whopper meal. The burger including the veggies tasted fresh which is rare at fast food chains. This could be because I asked for everything to be made fresh but I don't know. Inside was clean and looked pretty modern. Staff were great too!

Dining room is spacious and very clean! The staff are amazing and very helpful. Even though the play room is closed, my two boys very much enjoyed sitting and eating at the tables. Employees are super friendly and it was a good time. Sat for a good 45

Food good, friendly staff, clean inside and out. Burger king is hands down the best burgers, taste just like homemade real ground beef burgers, throw an extra patty or 2 on and it's epic. Heck throw a grilled chicken patty on your whopper with the beef patty and you got one dang good burger.Parking: It's located just outside and off to side of Walmart shopping center. So tons of parking.Kid-friendliness: Perfect for kids not too busyWheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible.
