Horrible experience, drive through is backed up. Person taking orders says the same annoying thing each time that no one understands, “New Rule, what can I get started for you” Genuinly please avoid this nasty location, food is horrible, not done right, and overall terrible experience. We ordered Homestyle breakfast - over easy eggs. Both of our eggs were hard fried and “rubbery”. The toast was grilled, greasy and flat. The bacon and sausage patty was extremely greasy. I had to wait until the meal came to get my coffee. Very very dissatisfied.

Ordered impossible whopper burger. Taste was so bad and it doesn’t look fresh too. Patty was mostly burnt and bun was so dry.. Just wasted my money..
employees behaviour was just ridiculous. She had some attitude issues and lack of english speaking skills. We asked twice for no ice in drinks, firstly she added ice in drinks and then when we said we asked for no ice, she said yes i added less ice. We repeated “no ice” then she removed ice with hands from the drinks. Like. Whatt??? Do they even know about hygiene??

I don't make a habit of writing reviews for restaurants (I think this is my first one), but I couldn't go without acknowledging the excellence of the Scott Road Burger King after eating there.
A couple days ago, my mom and I stopped for whoppers on Whopper Wednesday after her doctor's appointment. We don't normally have much business in that area of town, so it was a first time for us at that location. The first thing I noticed was how fresh and crisp the fries were. As a kid, Burger King fries were my favourite, but that was back in Winnipeg, and I don't know what accounted for the change, but upon entering adulthood, the fries never seemed as good as they used to be - until I tasted these ones. These were like the fries I remember! It was amazing. French fries are also one of my mom's favourite foods, so I was doubly happy she could enjoy such good ones after her visit to the doctor's office. Next, I opened up my burger and took a bite. I have a pretty good memory when it comes to food, and that was easily the best whopper I've ever tasted. Simply put, the taste was what a whopper SHOULD be - hot, delicious, and infused with that characteristic flavour. It wasn't sloppily thrown together either, like I've sometimes seen at other Burger King locations. When my mom got to her burger, she concurred that this place did a very good job. This is also outstanding, because my mom is a true critic - high standards, tough to please, and very sincere in any compliments given. The quality of the food was certainly the notable part of our dine-in at Scott Road Burger King, but the place was also well-kept, clean, and full of friendly, competent staff. Very grateful for the positive experience!

We go every Wednesday for Whopper Wednesday. The staff that works on Wednesday afternoons are the absolute best!!! Our kids have multi-modifications on their order and the female staff member who always works drive thru is AMAZING at her job. The order is always right!! She's the reason we keep coming to this location.

I ordered a few items from drive thru. They missed some items. They did not not give me my order of mozzarella sticks so I had to go back to get it. Then they didn't give me any dip sauce. It's supposed to come with marinara sauce but they gave me none. I had to come back twice just to get my order proper. They dont pay attention and they don't care. Horrible service. Do better.
