I came in on Sunday and I have never met such a disgusting employee. Mehak (the one with the scarf) seems to only care about how loud she can speak instead of using her big mouth to take orders. This location has lost its charm since the old owners left. I am greatly disappointed in this restaurant, hopefully things will change soon.
I sent my son to buy two orders of sandwiches and added two orders of nuggets and just for that they charged 31.11 when the sandwiches cost 11 dollars for two.

Ordered from the drive-thru yesterday night at this Burger King. We ordered a Whopper, fries, a chicken sandwich, and a Coke. When we arrived home (5 min( . The whopper looked good an apparently was fine. The chicken sandwich bun was mashed and soggy. I dissapointed with the presentation. TOOK ONE BITE and the taste was off putting. I pulled the top bun off ....The lettuce was brown. The patty patty looked like it was cooked hours or even days ago. It's like the employees preparing the meals don't care.

Prices are getting out of hand.

On 27th of November 2024 at about 10:30pm I placed an order on uber Eats for Triple whopper meal with Oreo shake from Burger King 660-7488 King George Blvd, Surrey, BC V3W 0H9, it was delivered at 10:46pm sealed , After a very stressful day at work I settled to enjoy my meal only to open it and see it has only one beef patty instead of three, I was surprised and I wondered at first if Burger King ran out of beef patty , because I like ordering my burger triple patty and I do order from this particular restaurant AT LEAST TWO TO THREE TIMES A WEEK. I called the restaurant immediately before even touching the food and I explained to the lady who picked the call , I overheard her calling out to someone and asking about the order, this person said out loud in the background “lies! Lies!! I put three beef patty” and I swear it was just one, it was delivered sealed and untouched so it’s not the driver and I went outside to collect it myself, I felt so bad and I lost my appetite immediately despite been hungry, why would I lie over a beef patty? It’s late already not like anything can be done I just wanted to let them know, This lady in the background shouted out lies! Lies! That i lied over a beef patty, I order this twice to three times every week from this same restaurant, and to even think I selected large meaning I was charged extra, My money, my sweat? I disposed the food as I couldn’t eat it anymore. Thank you so much you just loose a customer.

I like this Burger King location. It is close by my home, and very convenient since they make my favourite fast-food franchise beef burger. The staff are usually very respectful and friendly towards me. Probably because they recognize me as a regular, and valued customer. 😀
I feel like they treat me, as a good business should with their customers. Thank you for having GOOD customer relations.

I swear, every time I walk in, it smells like they are burning food in the kitchen. Sometimes, they have the doors open to get rid of the smoke.
But let's not talk about that...
I want to talk about the other night when I went to the drive-thru. I always tell myself to check my order before driving off since most fast food places at that hour will 90% mess up the order. Sadly, I did not.
As I was driving, I took a few bites from my burger and it tasted weird. Tasted burnt.
Once I got home and was fully parked in the driveway, I turned on the lights, opened my burger, and yup, burnt bread.
How does an employee just let that go through... ? I feel like it's not their first time since that location always smells like they've burnt something.
I was too tired to even go back there and complain.
I love Burger King, but that location is usually messing up orders.
