Ordered burgers and they are burned, tasted bitter. They were replaced and the same outcome, burned and bitter. I have been eating there and it my first time to experience that. We returned them and got a refund.

I was at Guildford Town Centre thinking about what to eat, and as I drove by this spot I figured I’d give it a try. I’m not really a big burger fan, but I decided to go for their Angus burger. It was decent — the patty had a bit of a gamey taste that’s not really my thing, but overall the burger was flavorful and definitely a generous portion.
What really surprised me were the onion rings. I’ve always believed A&W has the best onion rings, and honestly, they still do. But these ones came pretty close — super crispy with just the right amount of seasoning, though they lacked a bit of that strong onion flavor compared to A&W’s.
Another nice surprise: the combo actually comes with a cookie! Sadly, I put it aside and totally forgot about it, but still a cool little bonus.
Overall, if I’m looking for a burger place nearby, this is definitely one I’d consider going back to.

This is my favorite restaurant but got a really bad experience this June 7,2025 around 17:30 . The service was really bad, i was asking question about the menu and the cashier guy answered in a very rude tone, they don’t have Ice on the drinks, I asked for an ice He just said no like He doesn’t even care. Not friendly and bad customer service.
