Specifically, the kebabs were a mix of burned and undercooked portions. This made them essentially inedible. • Portion Size: I found the portion sizes to be extremely small, especially considering the prices. The small portions combined with the poor quality of the main components left me feeling unsatisfied. Overall, the visit was not up to standard. I hope the restaurant addresses these serious issues with food preparation and portioning to improve the dining experience for future customers.

Terrible experience at Cazaba (Guildford Mall). The food was completely undercooked and tasteless — not even a pinch of salt! There was no salt on the table either. The kebab was extremely low quality, and the portion size was about one-third of what you’d expect anywhere else. This place is absolutely not a Persian restaurant — far from it. I’m honestly disappointed by this disaster they call food. The owner of this brand should be ashamed.

I loved my chicken kabob and tasted great and I let them know that I will come back again and again, so happy we have persian food in Surrey now , all the people who work there are very polite and I enjoyed talking to them ,and the place was so clean and inviting environment, wishing you all a very successful business and lots of happy customers 😊 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Yesterday, I visited your Metro branch for the first time and ordered Koobideh Kebab. Unfortunately, I must say it was the lowest-quality Koobideh I have ever experienced. Even small roadside restaurants serve food of higher quality. It is truly disappointing to see the reputation of Iranian cuisine being damaged by such poor standards.i don’t need attention from people like you go check Metrotown mall and see you have Cazba restaurant there . i’m not lying you lying about the quality and your business
