I recently dined in at Ruby Siam Thai Kitchen, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the food came out hot and fresh with beautiful presentation. Ruby Siam is a hidden gem for Thai food lovers. Great flavors, great service, and a welcoming place to sit down and enjoy your meal.
The portion sizes should be larger. The rice, noodles and the curry containers were filled only 60 to 70% of the way.
Pad kee mow noodles they used were just regular flat noodles, not the thick flat noodles that are usually used. The food was not as flavourful as Thai food usually is. The Prawns were probably pre cooked and lacked flavour and were overdone.
