I ordered a veggie sandwich from Chachi’s with a long list of special instructions, and I was amazed at how perfectly they prepared it! This is the prime example of inflation/shrinkflation. $18 for an 8 inch sub with one thin slice of turkey and one thin strip of bacon. And from a food court. This should be priced at $8 and quadruple the meat.

I went to Chachis yesterday for dinner and got the Mac & Cheese. I ended up getting food poisoning from it. I noticed the mac n cheese didn’t taste as good as it usually does and when she was putting it in the cup , she was scraping it from the bottom as it must’ve been the last of the mac & cheese. I hope it was fresh that day at least.. or they didn’t keep it at the right temperature throughout the day. I will not be eating from here again.

I used to get the gluten free sandwich from here. They have made the bread size half, price is still 17$. Doesn’t make sense. Quality has also definitely gone down. Will not be returning.

Great tasting sandwiches. Food is made to order and received great quality of product. However, this restaurant is pretty pricey, compared to other restaurants in the food court, that offer equal quality of product.
This has to be the worst Mac & Cheese ever. $5 for a microwave dish.Truly nothing to say about this. Not even sure if it's considered food.Have it at your own risk...
