It took 30 minutes to make three drinks. While I understand it may have been busy, it really shouldn’t take 30 minutes to make drinks to go.
I ordered a small spanish latte and the drink was literally half the size of a Starbucks small drink for the same price. Also, they made my drink wrong and gave me a regular latte instead.

Bright, clean and spacious cafe with friendly staff and nice menu. Great for your morning tea/coffee and pastry on the go, or for a more leisurely sit down light meal.
The highlight is definitely the chai. It's so good it's now the chai all other chai are measured against.

The cafe was a bit overpriced, and we had to wait quite a long time for our food. There wasn’t much seating available, which made it a bit uncomfortable. The pastries looked nice but were also quite overpriced for the portion and quality.

It was by total accident we found this place. This place is so much better than the overrated Chaiwala of London mess you get at Surrey Central. The smell of spices, coffee, and other aromatics makes this a place where I've taken my non desi friends. It's a great place to not be embarrassed about hahahaha.

It's clean, the staff are wonderful and very present to your needs!

The food, cakes, and pastries are wonderful! ADIPOLI!!!!!👌🏾

A bit overpriced, and the food menu is quite strange — it’s more of a tea or coffee-only spot. The seating is uncomfortable, and the staff’s attitude really ruins the experience. They don’t even ask basic questions like whether you want sugar, and instead of apologizing, they throw attitude. The Asian guy at the counter on Saturday evening was especially rude. Definitely not a place I’d recommend.

We went there for the first time and won’t be going again. Horrible milk badaam. we asked if we could get something else for it and they were like no coz u hv already tasted it much for the exchange and we had barely taken 2-3 sips and the supervisor didn’t agree as if, if we had taken 1 sip then they could have saved the milk badam and give it to the next customer.

Terrible customer service!! I saw alot of people sitting around without food and beverage and most tables were dirty. Seems like staff was overwhelmed with the busy rush. I was not helped, and I had to pay for parking. Really disappointing experience

The freshest chai you could ask for. There are no percolators brewing in the back, every single cup is made to order. You can tell them exactly how you like your chai, how much ginger, how much spice, how strong, how milky. The husband and wife owners are gems, and they don't put anything on the menu that they don't believe in and wouldn't enjoy eating themselves. There is a warmth to the atmosphere, the Decor is superb and so well thought of, you can tell how much attention to detail was put into the ambience.

The Chai Company is an absolute delight for anyone who loves authentic, flavorful chai and cozy vibes. From the moment you step inside, the warm aroma of freshly brewed tea and spices fills the air, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are super friendly and passionate about what they do, making every visit a pleasant experience.

Their chai is truly exceptional — perfectly balanced with rich flavors of cardamom, cinnamon, and ginger. You can tell it’s made with care and quality ingredients, not just a quick mix. The karak chai is my personal favorite — strong, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. I also tried their snacks, including samosas and parathas, and they were fresh, crispy, and full of flavor.

The café itself is clean, modern, and comfortable, with plenty of seating for catching up with friends or relaxing solo. It’s also a great spot for late-evening tea cravings or a quick energy boost during the
