Very disgusting food , ordered coffee and chilli paneer roll both tasted disgusting , waste of money . Tim hortons' coffee is better than this . Never coming back will not recommend.

Not at all acceptable environment for a food & beverage service. So many flies in the seating area, potentially contaminating the food by sitting on it. Highly disappointed with the management. Food was ok, but could not enjoy it because of the flying creatures all over the food and me. Chaiiwala of London, being a popular name, can do better.

It's a nice place to grab some chaii and chill. Personally though I'm not a huge fan of the food, but their drinks are great which is what they're known for anyway.

I got the happy hour $9 butter chicken roll with a chaii. Personally I didn't think it was worth it, felt pretty small and not filling at all and a bit more overpriced than Starbucks food. But honestly it is what it is...I'd still visit just for the chaiis.

amazing food, best customer service i've visited this location so many times now, every time i visit and eat their food i get that delicious taste, word of mouth of front staffwas amazing. would highly recommend this location for food and tea. would visit them again and again. just finished eating their mouthwatering samosa burger, really loved it. definitely this place is in my favourite food list.

Stopped by Chaiwala and loved the authentic chai and cozy atmosphere. Great flavors, friendly service, and a perfect spot for a relaxing cup. Definitely worth a visit—highly recommend!

This is my go to morning chai place. I love how calm and cozy the atmosphere is and I'm always greeted with a friendly smile. Since I'm not that big on spices, they do offer the option of making it mild but it has grown on me. However, I'm always curious to try things and have tasted a variety of their food every time. I have to say the savoury french toast is my fave paired with my french vanilla chai. And if I'm needing a pick me up kind of day I add some desserts.

We recently visited Chaiiwala of London and had such a great experience! We tried their chai, falooda drink, and dessert — and everything exceeded our expectations.
The chai was perfectly brewed, full of rich flavor and just the right balance of sweetness. The falooda drink was refreshing, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The dessert was the perfect way to finish — fresh, flavorful, and not overly heavy.
What really stood out was the service. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making the whole experience even better. You can tell they take pride in both their food and customer service.
