this was place was phenomenal! the staff was immensely respectful and kind, their food was delicious, and the atmosphere was AMAZING. I would give this place beyond 5 stars if i could, but since I can’t, here’s the 5! the server Arsh was very nice too!

Had a great experience at Chai Wala London! Went straight from work and they served up delicious food and amazing chai. Highly recommend for a cozy breakfast spot! 👍

Ordered a coffee no ice (just wanted a normal cup bec it wad already so cold out). Instead, they put ice in, removed it, and handed me half a drink. When I politely pointed it out, the staff got rude and offensive, refused to give me a receipt, and even said, “our franchise owners tell us to do this.”
I refused the coffee and didn’t ask for a refund, but they still got more aggressive, saying they wouldn’t give me a receipt if I didn’t take the drink. Like… I paid for it, and this is how customers are treated? No apology, no professionalism, just defensiveness.
Compare this to Starbucks, where staff are polite and professional you ask for no ice, you get a full cup, and they treat you with respect. This cafe seriously needs better customer service and ethics.
