We visited Chaiiwala London on Nordel Way last night and really enjoyed it! The cake and chai were great, and the place had a nice, relaxed vibe. The owner brother Salim was super humble and friendly, which made the experience even better. Definitely a spot we’d visit again!

Great customer service and tasty food. Safia was great with us and she’s very polite so definitely recommend her.

Inconsistent?! First time we went at this location we had a great experience, the staff was very nice and informative . Guided us properly about ordering. We ordered their deal of the week and loved the food. Chai was hot and probably the best I’ve had at any restaurant. So we went back again, within that same week! And this time completely different experience. They were out of aalo parathas (which we went for) staff was evasive. We ordered tea and was automatically given the tea in large size. I went back and asked why was I given and also charged for a large cup, she said they’re all out of small size? Mmm what? How can they be out of small sized tea. Looked like she just tricked us into ordering more. Not a pleasant experience. Cheese naan is a joke. Chicken tikka roll was not bad. I’d go again but this time will be more mindful about what I’m getting charged for.

Nordel Chai Wala is a cozy spot. We ordered the English bfast, it was fresh and delicious .The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is friendly. A perfect place to relax with friends or enjoy a quick comfort drink. Definitely worth a visit!
