A clean and modern restaurant, and friendly service. I ordered the meat lovers pizza, It was delicious with a pan crust! Wish I took pictures!

Pizza was great

We had breakfast as part of our hotel stay. The food is excellent and the service is amazing!!! We have been here on multiple occasions and everything is consistent and excellent.

The team are standing strong with the loss of David, a great patriot is remembered with great appreciation for his service and kindness. A great place for a quiet and friendly dine in experience.

Food was horrible. Pizza was the worst had to send it back. Absolute waste of money, way over priced for the bad food quality and small portions. Our waitress was really nice though. But I would not return to this place. Lost my appetite after one bite of the pizza and left feeling extremely dissapointed and unsatisfied.

Worst place ever the food is absolutely nasty and overpriced would never come here again!!!!

Our beloved friend David who ran and owned Charcoals was celebrated this past weekend in an amazing celebration of life attended by friends, family and co-workers. Making people happy and showing love to anyone who walked through those doors was what David thrived on. Simran and the rest of his staff continue to honour David through exceptional service and a fostering of community during these difficult times. The food, ambience and wonderful conversation with regulars are what we cherish most when visiting. ❤️

What an amazing, sweet, and heartfelt this celebration was for our dear friend David. Simran and all staff, put on a incredible celebration, a beautiful slide show to remember all the good times. The food was incredible, butter chicken, potatoes, my favorite was the paneer! The staff was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, making us feel truly supported during a difficult time. It was so nice to be a part of celebrating David, and hearing all the wonderful speeches from friends and family. You will be missed David, not forgotten. xo

The best place for atmosphere ,food and service. Excellence all around! Simran is exceptional at servicing patrons and her expertise in food/beverages is absolutely amazing! Today we were also graced with Amrans service. Thank you to both of you. Dave would be so very proud

Made a reservation and was seated on there cafeteria section. Ordered Scallop Appetizer and was cold and horrible tasting so we sent back and did not want a replacement. Our pizza came 1.25hrs later and was the worst tasting pizza ever! Frozen pizza had more flavor! This was good food years ago when we use to go quite often but not anymore. VERY DISAPPOINTED ! ESPECIALLY ON VALENTINE'S DAY. The table right next to us was Very DISAPPOINTED also

Love the alfredo pasta! Its honestly my favourite and very filling. Staff is very nice as well.

Amazing little spot

Was pleasantly surprised!
When we walked in, I felt overdressed as the inside has a sports bar look to it. People in jeans and jerseys.
We had picked the restaurant from the Dine out Vancouver list as they were serving steak & lobster.

The 2 ladies serving were wonderful and attentive. As courteous and polite as any fine dining restaurant.
We ordered the menu provided for Dine out Vancouver and were not disappointed.
The soup was thick and flavour was wonderful. Served nice & hot.
The steak was perfectly prepared as my medium rare request and the lobster was tender and sweet. Well done, Chefs!
Dessert followed and we were not disappointed. Will be back! Probably dressed down a bit, but, looking forward to trying other menu items. Thank you!
