Customer service was terrible first of all. Took forever just to be seated and then had to search for someone for the bill. The prices were pretty average but food was not the best. With better customer service and some tweeks in recipes this place has lots of potential but just didnt do it for us this time around.

Amazing flavors with that perfect smoky touch from the charcoal wood grill. Cozy vibes, quick service, and food that feels authentic and freshly made. Definitely worth coming back!

The Charcoal & Woodz inside the Holiday Inn was quite nice, but what stands out the most was the absolute wonderful server Gloria! She has such an amazing positive attitude and made our dining experience so much more elevated. She’s very professional, reliable, and excellent at her job; by the end of our stay she felt like a friend to us. Her spirit is amazing, these days it’s very rare to find somebody as kind and simultaneously great at her job like Gloria is. We were lucky to be served by her and the establishment is lucky to have her!

Terrible - expensive and hardly gets anything in it

Had a good breakfast here! The food was fresh and good portion, a bit spicy for me. What really made the experience special was our server, Gloria. She’s a sweet, caring lady who made us feel welcomed. You don’t often find service like that anymore. Thank you, Gloria — you made our morning!

Stopped in for a margarita with a friend before our boys soccer game. Fun atmosphere. Sport parents if you need a place to go before your kids games begin at Cloverdale athletic park this is close by.

Pizza was great

We had breakfast as part of our hotel stay. The food is excellent and the service is amazing!!! We have been here on multiple occasions and everything is consistent and excellent.

The team are standing strong with the loss of David, a great patriot is remembered with great appreciation for his service and kindness. A great place for a quiet and friendly dine in experience.

Food was horrible. Pizza was the worst had to send it back. Absolute waste of money, way over priced for the bad food quality and small portions. Our waitress was really nice though. But I would not return to this place. Lost my appetite after one bite of the pizza and left feeling extremely dissapointed and unsatisfied.

Worst place ever the food is absolutely nasty and overpriced would never come here again!!!!
