Me and my fiance used to love coming to this restaurant, but the front server has changed and it is not the same anymore. Twice we have had a really bad customer service experience. We order something, get something else and then get charged for it as well. Last time we ordered a chicken dish and got a paneer one instead. This time, we didn’t order any combo.. she served us a combo and then overcharged as well. The Amritsari Kulcha, even when you see their menu for the combo price too says 11 bucks, and she charged 14 dollars for some weird reason and that too when we didn’t order it and she agreed too that we didn’t. Losing 2 customers doesn’t affect your business but we are not coming back here for sure! If you keep up with this level of customer service, you are going to end up losing a lot more customers.
