Went near closing, so area was clean. Lots of parking in front in the plaza. I am just disappointed at the pricing... got a regular sized salted caramel milk tea which was $6.10 plus $0.70 for pearls. Total came to be $7.14 for a small 500mL cup, which had 1/2 ice even though I asked for less ice. It was not worth it.... for that price, I could get a large bbt somewhere else

A hidden Gem bubble tea in South Surrey!
It was pretty busy at the time I ordered but the employees were very efficient and organized. When it was my turn, I like how the cashier/server confirmed my order before making it. I wish I got her name! She also patiently answered my questions about the loyalty program. Great people and notably very clean This is my go-to bubble tea place!
First time ordering Cheese Tart. Ordered online and picked it up. If you love Cheese Tart, you have to try it.

Disappointing bubble tea, will not return. The best bubble tea in South Surrey is Mr.Chu, we came here because it was past their business hours. Matcha slush and chocolate slush tasted like a bucket of ice blended with a bit of flavour in it, terrible Icy consistency. A waste of money, it was more expensive for worse quality.
