I visited tonight （Feb.28) and was impressed by the wide variety of drink options. However, I was concerned about the hygiene practices. Neither of the two staff members on duty were wearing gloves during my visit. While preparing drinks, one staff member picked up a plastic cup with one finger placed inside the cup. It may simply be her habit when grabbing cups, but it did not feel sanitary.The same hands were also holding a cleaning cloth and wiping surfaces around the store from time to time.I also wonder that even if gloves were worn, it might only prevent her hands from getting dirty. If she has the habit of placing a finger inside the cup when picking it up, wearing gloves would not really address the hygiene concern. The drink pickup area is very narrow, and there really isn’t a need to place tables and chairs there, as it makes the space feel cramped. Also, the regular cup size is quite small.

Ordered with no ice and they said they wouldn’t do it. So received a warm version, I even paid for an upgrade to large and they didn’t even fill it all the way sadly

After a hard day at work, i really wanted to treat myself. I thought what could be a better way to do that than ordering a smoothie from chatime. I ordered large mango smoothie, told them to make it 100% sweet. I saw the girl making my drink, she added a cup of ice and then added little bit more ice on top of full cup. The syrup, didn’t even fill the tiniest cup and than go onto add that into the blender only halfway. Then the guy came in added some other stuff and blended it. It was hardly looking yellow, it was mostly like whitish yellow or yellowish white however you wanna say it. Did not taste good. Regretted it immediately spending over 10 dollars if you add tip i gave. Plus the detour i took and spend extra 45 minutes. Could have just came home and have a cup of water or something. Lesson learned never again.🥹

Ordered 2 bubble tea’s from Uber Eats. After putting the straw in one of the teas, half my drink poured out the side. One of the cups had a large slash running down vertically. Last time I order from Chatime.

Chatime Grandview has become one of my favourite bubble tea stops! The service is always warm and quick, and the store has such a clean, cozy, and welcoming vibe. I also love how they promote new drinks and seasonal specials — it always makes me excited to try something new!
