Avoid this location by all means!!! Placed an order for QQ lychee and got peach instead. Moreover their bubble tea never tastes as good as other locations. I wish the franchise did regular quality inspections.

Not very good customer service got a matcha milk tea and on skip the dishes they have the same pics for hot and cold. I ordered the hot one by accident but when i got there i asked if they could just do it iced but they refused again and again. I just wanted it iced thats all they told me to make it iced at home then they said they could not once again and told me to leave the store. Usually most bubble tea places if theres confusion like that they will happily switch it out for you no problem. Really unhappy with the type of customer service.

I always ask for less ice here and they always give me so much ice? It makes my drinks really watery and not have much flavor.

Staff are so kind and helpful here. They always have recommendations when you're a little overwhelmed by the options. The drinks were really good as well, I got a brown sugar oat milk crema with pearls. 10/10 would come back again! Thanks Chatime :)
Chatime is my go-to usually for boba and this was my first time in this location. Awful powdery taste for my Taro milk tea 👎 Never going back to this location again

I like their upholstered chairs and Very Mango Slush, but they should really clean their bathrooms more often. I heard the bathroom had something like pee all over the toilet area. I forgot, and saw a small puddle by the toilet when I opened the bathroom door and decided I did not want to use the bathroom there. Can't the staff check the bathrooms when they don't have anymore customers to serve instead of sitting for a long time?
