Chicago's Pizza Twist

Today I ordered pizzas for the first time from this place, expecting a lot after reading the great reviews. I want to start by praising the young lady who was working there. She was the only one managing the entire store, which was quite busy. She was running back and forth, making pizzas, taking orders, answering the phone, and handling the till.

Due to how busy it was, there were moments when food safety wasn’t fully followed. I mentioned it to her, and she responded calmly, apologized, and accepted the feedback, which I appreciated.

After placing my order over the phone and arriving on time, I still had to wait an extra 30 minutes, which was frustrating. I think the owner should respect customers' time, improve staffing to avoid delays like this, and enhance food handling practices.

Despite these challenges, the girl working was doing her best under the circumstances and deserves recognition for her hard work and customer service. The pizzas themselves were made perfectly, but the owner should prioritize improving operations to ensure a better experience for both customers and employees.

went last night, 10 minutes before closing and i was already feeling bad i didn’t want them to cleanup again, but they were very nice and made me the pizza i exactly asked for, i haven’t had an indian style deep dish pizza ever so this was par expectations. they were very nice and pizza tasted fire.

Delicious pizzas at great price. Paneer tikka masala pizza is worth try and gobi manchurian pizza is to die for. I would like to thank Sarabjit for excellent service and recommending different pizzas every time.

Sarbjit always does an amazing job every time preparing our food and her customer service is top tier. Pizza twist is worth trying. The atmosphere is so clean and as always the food, the service everything is beyond amazing.

Excellent service and delicious pizza. Sarbjit did a wonderful job. She recommended the best flavours and was incredibly kind and polite. We will definitely returning for her services and the delicious food. Chicago pizza twist is a MUST TRY!

I visited store yesterday at closing time and i ordered tandoori chaap the employee works there was hardworking and served me a best tasty chaap she provided me a best service and also best food chaap was amazing and the customer service was very good . recommend it to all?

The lady was alone at work at 8pm , I asked her my mom is diabetic and she mentioned she will prepare food In 20 minutes. BUT SHE TOOK 45bmins. Message to owner either keep adequate staff or teach staff (gurkirat) some manners to talk to customers. ZERO CUSTOMER

We tried make ur own option… the place is clean and new and ingredients are fresh but some sort of chat masala or something that they sprinkle on the pizza with crust not rising enough to give it a dhania on the bread feeling was disappointing. The tomato sauce and cheese r good but they need to work on their recipe. Was first time in my life that i couldnt eat a vegetarian pizza. :(
