We did takeout dinner and had their pizza. It was delicious. The service was amazing and it was neat and clean, and it was a very friendly and welcoming. Customer service oriented atmosphere would definitely recommend this to all my family and friends. A must try.

Waited 45 mins to learn they had no record of our online order. Showed the receipt and waited for another order to be prepared. Bbq chicken is mostly red onions, with only tiny bits of chicken, all slathered in a strange kind of mayonnaise white sauce. Tandoori paneer pizza: you need a magnifying glass to see the wee little cubes of paneer among the onions. Both pizzas came with a scarily warm dipping sauce. Just no. This place is a never again for us.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Drop Phone. The customer service staff seemed inexperienced and unprepared, providing a cold and rushed greeting. They struggled to answer basic questions, leaving me frustrated. It felt as if the employees were working without motivation or engagement, as their demeanor suggested they were forced to be there. The lack of proper training and professionalism was evident, negatively impacting my overall experience.

As we were trying Chicago pizza for the first time we thought of calling the store to get an idea about their pizzas. Arsh- the manager was very kind to talk to and her customer service was 10/10. People like her need to be appreciated. Surrey has been lacking good customer service but after talking to Arsh we realized- this was the Canada we used to live in, where every job showed professionalism. Talking about the pizzas- they were absolutely amazing and worth every penny!

Ordered a two topping build your own pizza ham and pineapple. Was told that's not a build or own and it's a Hawaiian and was charged an extra 6$. Asked why I'm being charged extra and was told it's because of the POS? What a rip off.

The pizza used to be so good here but today we ordered two achari paneer pizzas and they were soggy even after putting the slices in the airfryer. Flavor terrible. Definitely something has changed.

Made wrong pizza and staff and manager was arguing instead of replacing the pizza. My friend ordered chicken pizza and they put bacon, she took the pizza back and instead of replacing the staff called the manager and were arguing. After 15 minutes they said they are closed in 30 minutes so it will be 30 minutes wait to get the replacement. My friend waited 45 minutes with her little kid to get a replacement pizza. I would never go back to this place where there is no courtesy and very poor service.
