First time here to tried their bowl meal. Its hard for first timer like me to make our own bowl meal because we don't know which one is good and which one are not. One or two wrong combination will ruined the taste of the meal, which I hate. Price isn't cheap. Each meat you choose has different price, some of the stuff there also they charge extra, make sure you are aware.Environment is not good, not comfortable to dine-in. Tables and chairs feel like sitting in cafeteria. To my opinion, dine-in at Burger king or McD feel much better and comfortable.Overall I don't like the food and the environment. I will not return.

I've been to Guildford mall location many times, but I have to say I'm quite disappointed at the services given this time around. I had to ask several times for extra lettuce, and the 'extra' were not really extra at all. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I order the cheese quesadilla meal online for pick up in the store. It comes with rice, beans, salsa, guacamole and a drink, I add chips to the meal, total cost $16 and it's a delicious, balanced meal!Also, I don't understand why the quesadilla can only be ordered online, not at the counter, I admit, it's a bit inconvenient for a group order. I do really wish I could just order it at the counter.

Just got my order the customer service I received from Swati and Ramaneek was excellent. Swati was very happy to help and has a smile that shows she likes her job and is happy to help. Ramaneek was the same and it’s been a while since I’ve seen good customer service. I hope management will recognize them as they are an asset to this location!

We have been enjoying chipotle dinner for many years now, but this last few visits we feel the portions of protein has decreased, the server doesn’t shy from serving the left over last portion which is very salty, we had to ask for veggies and got rude reply from the store GM, #PRARL VARMA that we can’t hold a line to restock, though we got an extra portion of veggies afterwards, which doesn’t taste as good since it’s not built into the meal. Don’t like to complain but would appreciate an ear for feedback, specifically if it’s about the quality we have been experiencing for many years.
