I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle on January 20 at around 2:00 PM.
I entered the store and stood in line near the cash register to place my order, as there was no clear signage indicating where to order. While I was waiting, the employee (a female staff member) did not acknowledge me at all and continued taking orders from other customers who arrived after me.
None of the employees were wearing name tags, which made it difficult to identify staff. When I politely asked why other customers were being served before me, the response was dismissive. When I asked for her name, she very proudly said, “I am not giving my name. You can complain.”
This kind of attitude is unacceptable and unprofessional. Customers should at least be acknowledged, and staff should communicate clearly—especially when the store layout or ordering process is not obvious.
Chipotle, please work on improving customer service and staff accountability. This experience was frustrating and left a very negative impression

Very dirty! Floors tables, counters! Decided to go elsewhere because of the lack of cleanliness!
Update: we will start coming back to this location, the employees working here Jan 18 @ 8pm were great!! They were on top of products before running out and made good bowls.
We’ve been avoiding this location because of multiple bad experiences: always out of products, extremely small portions. But the past few visits have been very pleasant. Seems like they got some new employees. We will be coming back!
It smelled unpleasant, many ingredients were not readily available, and the overall atmosphere was very dirty.

Chipotle used to be amazing / consistent. At this location, it is as if you stepped into a 3rd world kitchen (bathrooms… uhhh … catch a disease?). Prep counters seem as if they haven’t been cleaned in days and tables are the same. Staff portray the attitude of being forced to be working giving an impression of not caring what-so-ever; foundational concepts of customer service is missing. It is simply disappointing. Oh… they didn’t have key toppings ingredients like tofu and onions/peppers. When picking up cutlery and napkins… make sure you don’t pick up used items…. If you are in the area, consider the other options in this vicinity. You are better off going to the deli at Thrifty’s.

Avneet❣️ makes the best quesadillas ever! And I eat chipotle a lot like a lot, so when I say this, it really means something.
Management really needs to train their employees. Went in at noon on a weekday during my lunch break at work. It was embarrassing to see the staff there doing nothing, if I was the owner I would be upset.
There was a line of 5 people in-person and maybe a dozen uber drivers waiting for their order.
This was Wednesday lunch time.
There was one guy in a turban in charge of grill and refilling who seemed less busy but was at the grill the whole time.
There was only one girl who was both making all the orders and accepting payments, she was constantly running back and forth.
However the most frustrating to see was a young boy who appeared to be doing the uber eats orders only but was on his phone the entire time chatting away. I could hear him talking and understood what he was saying, it was a social call with friends. He was working so slowly and only made 2 orders in the 20 mins I was in the store. All the uber drivers were standing there staring at him while he leisurely chatted away, completing orders seemed to be the least important thing in the word.
I felt bad for the girl who was doing all the work and keeping the store running.
I highly recommend the owner check the video footage and see what his employees are doing. I've never seen such lazy work by anyone. The people in line were frustrated because we could see there was only 1 person trying and the uber drivers were all noticeably frustrated.
