Chipotle in South Surrey offers fresh, flavorful Mexican-inspired food with great portion sizes. The ingredients normally are fresh, but the guacamole looks old, the service is friendly and efficient. A great spot for a quick and satisfying meal!

Been coming to this location consistently over the past 3 years. Usually it’s good service but recently had a very bad experience. Ordered a bowl and the employee was very rushed and half the chicken fell out when they were filling my bowl so I was left with around half of what I was suppose to receive. I mentioned it to the manager who I have spoken with many times and she just said that is normal. I’ve probably ate there over 100 times. It was not normal. There were only 5 small pieces of chicken in the bowl. Went to other location on 72nd the next day and serving was almost twice as much chicken for the same price. Quite disappointed. The manager had previously asked me to leave a review so here it is.

I normally love this place, but picked up just chips and fresh cut salsa and the chips were stale once I opened the bag and for the first time ever, I was unable to eat the salsa because of how much salt they used. :(. Very expensive and then I couldn’t even eat it.

Got food poisoning from this last Saturday. Was vomiting so hard I got Subconjunctival hemorrhage (broken blood vessel in eye). My eyes are completely red and I have an important interview next Monday. So uhhh yeah I look like a zombie rn fr :)

Wrong order (no quac, which you pay extra for, wrong protein and toppings) and manager offered a “complimentary meal”. Complimentary? I paid for it. Awful customer service.

I got a burrito bowl and it was overcooked, over salted and seasoned and did not taste fresh. It was borderline inedible. So disappointing:( quality was not there at all.

The guac recently has been tasting extremely salty. This is the only location that has way too much salt in the guac, ruins the rest of the meal.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. The service was painfully slow, with staff moving at an unreasonably sluggish pace despite a long line of customers. To make matters worse, several key ingredients, including the fajita veggies, were either missing or far from fresh. While the fajita veggies were being made, the chicken in my wrap was getting cold.
The overall quality was unacceptable, and it seemed like no effort was being made to provide the level of service and freshness Chipotle is known for. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon. ❌❌❌❌❌
