Not awful, but probably the worst chipotle I’ve been to. They didn’t have the featured meet that was advertised. They seemed annoyed that we asked for it, rather than apologizing for the fact. Skimpy bowl with barely any rice or meat. And the staff was annoyed that I asked for a fork when all the utensil spots were filled with spoons. They looked at me like I was an idiot. Lol. Won’t come to this location again. That being said, the food wasn’t bad. My issue is more with the staff’s unfriendliness.

Very disappointed with Croydon Street Chipotle. The server was rude and said vegetables were finished at 7 PM (though the store closes at 10), and she gave very small portions. Not the usual Chipotle standard.

Visited the store on 29-07 my order was double protein bowl . Greeted by new girl really appreciate she's doing too good. There was 7-8 costmers before me. She had a smile on her face with everyone. She's doing cashier as well and gave us a good size portion of food. Thankyou really appreciated. I saw the leader little rude to her but she did a great Job.

absolutely scam you for portions. other locations give FULL scoops of protein, not half, not 3/4. I got a 1/2 scoop of chicken at least and the girl glared at me rudely when i asked her for a bit more. I’m paying almost $15 for a bowl, I would expect to get my moneys worth. Really scummy

WORST CHIPOTLE U WILL EVER ENCOUNTER! THEY FORGET GUAC IN EVERY ORDER AND RUINS YOUR WHOLE MEAL, TERRIBLE IN ALL WAYS, ps the packaging sucks cause I dropped everything down my stairs like com on do better chipotle! So disappointed this location needs some serious help!
